PROJECT 1 – Loft Insulation and Boarding Loft Insulation and Raised Boarding – Heaton Moor (SK4).
Completed a full loft insulation top-up to current recommended depth and fitted raised boarding for safe storage. The job included removal of old insulation, installation of thermal rolls, and fitting a raised timber frame with tongue-and-groove boards. Finished in half a day with a full clean-up. Customer now has a warmer home and 12 m² of usable storage space.

PROJECT 2 – Flatpack Assembly Full Room Setup – HMO Property in Didsbury (M20).
Assembled multiple items for a landlord including a PAX wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables, desk and shelving. All items delivered flat-packed and built during a single visit. Positioned the furniture, removed packaging and ensured everything was secure and level. Completed the room setup in under 3 hours.

PROJECT 3 – Bespoke Timber Side Gate Custom Timber Side Gate Build – Cheadle Hulme (SK8).
Measured a tight gap between house and boundary wall and built a bespoke pressure-treated timber side gate. Client chose a tongue-and-groove finish with black hardware. Gate was built to size, installed securely with treated posts, and fitted with a key lock. Completed within 7 days from measurement to installation.
