Heat Northeast

After my combi boiler had broke we were desperate to get it back in working order, my landlord sent someone around and he said he could not fix the boiler and stated that I would need a new one. Before agreeing to any work, I rang Kevin for a second opinion, who's number was in the Echo. Kevin was able to come on the same day and fix it that very day! He stated that it was a simple job, the price was a lot cheaper than the original quote, which my landlord was happy about. He was very professional and polite, and I would recommend him in the future. Thank you.

After recieving a number of quotes from other companies and having a reccomendation we decided to use Heat North East as Kevin (the engineer) gave us not only the best price but was friendly and extremely knowledgeable giving us advice and confidence in what he offered. We had a substantial amount of work done including a new condensing boiler, new radiators in every room, a mixer shower and a new gas fire. After he assesed the work, gave us a price and breakdown of what we would be paying for we agreed a date to start the work and a time scale which he stuck to. He was efficient and as non intrusive as he could be working in a profeesional manner. He completed the work over 4 days and gave us contact details for any questions, concerns or remedial work required. This review reflects my scoring of 5 stars.

My old floor standing boiler needed renewed, I called Heat Northeast to give me a quote I was more than happy with the price given. Kevin took great care in making as little mess as possible. I am extremely happy with the new boiler, many thanks.

I recently had a new boiler and seven radiator's fitted by HEAT Northeast. The job was cheaper than i expected and also cheaper than i was quoted elsewhere. It was installed perfectly with very little hassle. Thanks.
