Hello, I'm Clare Hayes. I support your journey toward better mental and emotional health and wellbeing through a holistic approach that integrates Nutritional Therapy, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, and/or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Together, we can address challenges such as anxiety, stress, sleep issues, and unwanted habits and behaviours.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation where you will have the opportunity to share your challenges and aspirations and I can explain how I can best support you in achieving your goals.
My sessions and programmes are personalised and tailored to your unique needs and may include either Nutritional Therapy, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and/or Emotional Freedom Technique.
My qualifications and memberships include:
- BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy.
- Health Coaching Skills for Nutritional Therapists.
- Diploma Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
- Level 1 and 2 EFT Certification in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
- I am currently completing my Practitioner training in EFT.

Sessions and programmes are personalised and tailored to suit your individual needs, rather than a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. We'll take into account your personal health journey, goals, and dietary preferences to create a plan that fits into your lifestyle.

About Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy incorporates psychotherapy with visualisation and hypnosis to help you achieve your goals. As the name suggests, this approach doesn't dwell on past events, but focuses on the present and the future, guiding you toward what you want to achieve.
Hypnosis is a very natural state of deep relaxation. You might be surprised to know that we experience hypnosis several times per day. For example, while driving, watching TV, engrossed in a good book, out for a walk etc, we do it all the time! During hypnosis in a clinical setting, external distractions are ignored, allowing us to concentrate on the positive suggestions that can lead to meaningful positive change.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help calm the nervous system and help us to achieve our goals, from quitting smoking or vaping to feeling calm and relaxed, boosting confidence, overcoming obstacles and challenges and achieving life goals.
About Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
EFT is a gentle form of emotional acupuncture but without the needles! Also known as 'tapping', EFT involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on an issue or negative emotions. This technique helps release emotional blocks, promotes calmness, and restores a sense of balance and wellbeing.
