We offer Headteachers and Principals, of both UK and International schools, advisor and consultant services to mentor, coach, help and enhance their leadership, management and personal well being to be successful in their role as the school leader.

Headsupport provides headteachers with a professional advisory and consultancy service when needed. Headteachers, whether they are in an established, new or acting role can receive assistance and help to become more effective in their role or overcome problems. The service is intended to be supportive and provide success and is always confidential to the headteacher.

The company is owned by Ken Battye who has been working in the education sector for over thirty seven years Twenty seven of these years have been as a head in three challenging UK primary schools and two large international British Curriculum schools. He is now working with headteachers to provide the support needed for their complex and demanding role.

For Governing Bodies and Trust Boards in the UK and internationally we offer independent advice on strategic planning, leadership monitoring and oversight, and the building of a governing body team that is effective, efficient, and working in partnership with the school leadership team to create an opportunistic environment for children to thrive educationally and personally and staff to be successful in their professional roles.
