HD were professional from the first telephone call. Nick arrived promptly to look at the job and was friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. After getting other quotes we decided HD were by far the most impressive to put our new bathroom in. Not a straight forward job to say the least but the job was completed in the specified time to a high standard and all the family are over the moon. Nick even took a call from us on a Sunday afternoon to advise us on tiles. HD come highly recommended.

I can't recommend HD Property Services enough. They have provided me with an amazing quality, accessible kitchen, a ramped back door and wider front door. They were all so friendly as well as professional and the speed they all did it in, was incredible. A fully new kitchen in under 2 weeks. Even though the council were paying for it, the one bit I did pay for (changing of the door) was a very good price and totally worth it. Chris the Manager was so helpful throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had, being flexible to my needs and also giving great expert advice.

9 moths ago I had a bungalow in Church Hill that required a complete renovation, While my wife and I are not scared of a bit of graft, the majority of work was well above our skillet. Nervously, I looked on the Internet to find a local Redditch builder. The first I came across was Nick and his team. What followed was a number of number of months working with Nick and Paul. They made what could have been a really stressful project, an extremely enjoyable experience. The work involved changing all external and internal doors and windows, installing a new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, new central heating, skirting throughout, removing 80s stylebrick fireplace, plastering plus much more. There was not one occasion when I went over to the property and was not happy with the quality of the work. So pleased in fact, we asked Nick to stay on the project and completely renovate the back garden. He and Paul flattened the overgrown garden and laid a large patio and lawn, as well as install new fencing. Again we were delighted with the work. I was very lucky in selecting such a diligent builder. He always returns calls and even helped with ideas to help us with the project. I would happily recommend HD Property Services. HD installed a new kitchen at our property. It was a first class service and hassle free from start to finish. They kept me informed at all times and even guided me to how to improve on my plan. All workmen were polite and they worked tirelessly to get the job finished on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

We had our “lean-to” demolished and rebuilt properly by HD property services, they also removed a internal wall to extend our Kitchen. The quality of the work was excellent and progress speed very good. Each day passing we saw progress in the project. Whenever we needed to know something they responded quickly and same day. If we had a problem they helped advise as we had major issues with other third parties letting us down with electric and plumbing.

Garage Conversion - WC and Utility Room. Nick and the team have been fantastic throughout the project, What sets them apart from other companies in the area is their reliability, easiness to engage with and expert knowledge of all trades. I'm delighted with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend HD Property Services to anybody looking to improve their home or business. .

We wanted a wall between two rooms removed and a kitchen installed into the new space. Nick came through again, starting the messiest of the work during our summer holiday to minimise the time we'd have to live in the mess. To complicate things, we had app-controlled under floor heating, hidden LED strip lighting, and provision for a TV so we can watch while we cook. The end result is spectacular - we've had numerous friends and family come around since completion and everyone loves the new space.

Work has just been completed on or car port conversion to dining room. Nick recommended to have some decking to the rear of the conversion and we are so pleased we took his advice, we now have an amazing space to entertain our family. We recently used Nick and his team to knock through our kitchen and dining room to create one large room also bricking up a door to instal a large window. This is the first time we have used HD Propery Services and from the very beginning we couldn't have asked for a better service, Nick listened to what we wanted and suggested ideas to make it even better. We have lived in the same house on the Ridgeway for 40 years, and in that time have obviously used a lot of different workmen for different jobs with varying degrees of satisfaction. Some year ago Nick did a major building job for my daughter, which was amazing, and since then , we now use Nick for any jobs large or small . He has now become our " One Stop " builder / gardener / decorator /whatever. In fact , he did a super small job for us today. He always answers the phone , he keeps his promises and there have never been any extras. His whole team is trained to be punctual, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they will leave the job often cleaner and tidier than at the start. Thank you Nick and the gang.

I recently watched HD Property Services build a Porch Canopy on a local property. I liked what I saw and thought one of those will look good on my house, so asked Nick for a quote. I roughly calculated the cost of man hours etc. And Nicks quote was quite acceptable. They arrived on time, were tidy and efficient on site and always cleared up behind them before leaving each day. Quality of work is extremely good and I am very pleased with finished job.

It's not often that you can review a service as being exceptional but what Nick and his team provide has certainly been that. HD Property Services came to move a side door to the front, build an oak porch and to reconfigure the internal space as a hall and room - not a straightforward job and involving many specialist skills. We have been utterly impressed with the quality and detailed workmanship which Nick insists upon, and his personal pride with the job. He is friendly, approachable and an excellent manager. Totally unhesitating in our recommendation!

This is the third time we have used Nick and his team for work at our property and that in itself speaks volumes to the quality f work and standard of service he has supplied over the last few years.
