I purchased from this company in the past and had no problems with them. However I purchased again last week and I'm still waiting for the items. Royal Mail, who deliver, emailed to say it would arrive on Tuesday. Nothing came. Another email on Wednesday so I waited in again. Nothing, then I got an email saying it had been delivered but refused. It seems it was delivered to the wrong address. Today I have had to wait in again as I managed to contact RM and at first was told that it was sent back but then told it would be delivered today. I'll wait and see. I have tried to contact Hatton Garden Metals but the do not answer the phone or reply to my emails. I am totally at the end of my tether now. I have made 6 purchases from HGM in the past year. Nothing special as such, half sovereigns towards my retirement ready cash fund. Each time the process and speed of despatch has never faltered. They offer better prices for what I want against other big name in the gold business. My latest purchase this week blew me away on arrival. The best coin I have ever had. Nothing wrong with the others as I collect bullion, but this was outstanding. They really can't be beaten on prices for what I collect. Will be back again.
