I purchased from this company in the past and had no problems with them. However I purchased again last week and I'm still waiting for the items. Royal Mail, who deliver, emailed to say it would arrive on Tuesday. Nothing came. Another email on Wednesday so I waited in again. Nothing, then I got an email saying it had been delivered but refused. It seems it was delivered to the wrong address. Today I have had to wait in again as I managed to contact RM and at first was told that it was sent back but then told it would be delivered today. I'll wait and see. I have tried to contact Hatton Garden Metals but the do not answer the phone or reply to my emails. I am totally at the end of my tether now. Second time I have purchased coins from hatton garden metals they are brilliant great gold prices and their secured delivery service partnered with The Royal Mail works well iv had no delivery dramas everything is fast signed for and im planning on making many more purchases over the coming months and years ? . P. S living close to Birminghams jewellery quarter iv tried using my local shops but they always add rediculas profits and arrogantly say “ nobodys working for free “ and their right thats why I purchase my coins from Hatton Garden Metals so im not paying somebody elses holiday or morgage of for them ? .
