Recently sold some gold to hatton, they received in the morning, had an email late morning and payed in my bank about 1pm…Happy days, definitely using them again, very quick and done exactly what they said they would. Perfect. Cw Cornwall.

It may seem like a risk sending your valuables in the post but this company seem to have it cracked! I felt confident and they paid exactly what was quoted, this was the best price around too. I initially phoned HGM about how to calculate the weight of the jewellery. The customer service person, was polite, informative and Rey helpful. After completing the online form. I sent my package of gold jewellery via Special Delivery at 4:45pm, the money was in my account by late morning next day. I had estimated what I expected to be paid. Pleasantly surprised to find I was given around £200 more. Notifications were almost immediate. HGM kept me fully informed with what was to happen next. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
