I arranged a pickup from Heathrow when we were dissatisfied with the service of a hire company we had booked. We found it very easy to arrange the service from the Philippines by e-mail, the details were confirmed. Clear instructions were sent to my mobile phone so I knew that the driver was on his way. I was able to communicate by mobile when we landed at Heathrow, with our driver chris, we met within a couple of minutes of clearing customs. We were in the car with all our luggage after going to the short stay car park and on our way home (less than 10 minutes). For our £99 we were provided with a large mercedes people carrier which was roomy and comfortable. The driver was helpful and offered some updates on what had changed since we went away three weeks ago. Compared with the car hire it was good value for money in terms of what we got for our money and it was so much easier to arrange.
