Super service. Friendly driver, clean comfortable car and very punctual.

With years using this taxi service unfortunately they are no longer reliable. Booked a taxi in advance and it arrived 15 minutes later. I was the one that had to call to ask about why the taxi did not arrive on time. I missed an important appointment because of this. Trying to fit in as many customers as possible and by doing that they make regular customers wait. Not even a refund as a form of apology just excuses. No longer a customer and I will not recommend it to anyone. Still waiting for a reply or an apology ! Terrible customer service.

Andi took us to a restaurant and home again. Communication good. Punctual. Could track the car coming to pick us up. Had a phone call as well. Great service.

We wanted to praise and congratulate the excellent service received by Hart Taxis. The taxi was booked to take my parents home on Christmas Day evening. As they are vulnerable (not frail) I was so grateful to hear how the taxi driver that evening went over and above with his level of service to them. He carefully drove them back (a gesture very much appreciated ) then drove his taxi up a narrow hill to ensure they wouldn’t have to walk any distance in the dark. He treated them both with care and respect and helped unload all the presents they had received that day. I found out later how this gentleman took his time to treat them how I would want them treated if I were there too. Thank you Hart Taxis, please pass on our heart felt thanks to the lovely man that drove them home Christmas night.

I booked a taxi for my daughter and cannot fault the service. They provided a people mover after midnight for an excellent price. The communication was fantastic throughout with text messages letting me know the taxi was on its way and details of the car number plate and driver name to ensure she got in the right car. The driver was very friendly and courteous. I will certainly use them again - highly recommended.

We used Hart for journeys too and from Heathrow airport. For the collection at home and at the airport, the driver was on time, so no stress there! Smooth ride and courteous, helpful drivers. Would highly recommend and certainly use again! Thanks guys.

I had both an outward and return trip to Heathrow recently. Booking and the drives themselves were efficient and friendly.

Needed a taxi urgently. Arrived within 10 minutes. Peter called back to check if there were any mobility issues as vehicle was a Mercedes Van. Very professional and friendly service.

Booked a taxi for collection from a slightly out of the way area. Quote was high for a 3 mile journey but it was out of the way and due to a lack of planning on our part we had to accept it as it was the only firm able to do the journey. Taxi arrived on time, driver was polite and friendly. Unfortunately he got a flat tyre about a mile from our destination. We were asked to make the rest of the way on foot, along a dark country lane at midnight. (Thankfully I was in sensible shoes! ) Flat tyres happen but I didn’t think we should have to pay the full, pre-paid fare for the whole 3 miles when we walked 1 of them. I did have to send repeat emails to be acknowledged and a partial refund offered. £5 something refund on a £38 journey appeased me a little.

My most recent booking was New Years Eve. The taxi arrived on time, smart clean car, and the driver, Andi, was polite and pleasant, even waiting until I was through the front door at home before leaving. I have been using Hart for many years, and they have never let me down.

Friendly, helpful and efficient drivers and making a last minute change to my London pick-up time due to a significant train delay was admirable. But as an older person not easy with mobile phones I do find your booking and paying system confusing.

I have used Hart Taxis for the past 10 years, mainly to go to Heathrow from my home in Hampshire. They provide a first class service and the cars are always immaculate. They send you a text message to tell you they are on their way, which is invaluable when you are in a panicked state knowing you have a plane to catch. They then phone you to tell you they have arrived. Coming home, they check to see if the flight is delayed so you don't get charged a huge bill for airport parking if you land late. Because of this superb service, I never use any other company.

My wife and I were picked up in Arrivals at Gatwick North Terminal for our journey to Woking. The driver who was there waiting was very courteous. One thing I would like to mention is that the name on the drivers board could be a little bolder. We would certainly use your company again and also recommend your service to others.

We needed a taxi to pick our family up from 3 locations and takes us to Ascot for a special celebration. The timing was perfect and we arrived in good time. We asked to be collected at 3. 30 and our driver drew up at the exact time. We couldn’t have asked for more. Safe driver, polite and friendly but not intrusive. Comfortable and smart 6 seater. Return trip to Heathrow T5 at startf/finish of holiday August 2022. Initial pickup at 04. 30, return trip pickup from T5 much delayed by baggage issues. Texts received before both trips to provide confidence drivers were on the way. Drivers arrived in timely manner and handled each engagement in professional and courteous manner, vehicles were suitably sized for the job. Quotes were accurate and provided flex for the issues that happen at Heathrow. All in all, good job well done and I wil be happy to use Hart Taxis again.

Mike came and picked me up today for a short cab trip about fifteen/twenty minutes down the road. The car was comfy and clean and arrived early ready for me. Mike is such a nice man we had a lovely chit chat during the car ride. Never met such a nice taxi driver and I've met lots of nice ones! The booking system was easy and very clever with the pre payment link. The office were incredibly polite on the phone too. Thank you very much. Very happy customer!

We needed a taxi from Hartley Wintney to Heathrow at short notice (i. E. Within 3 hours). I decided to call a local company and I am very glad I did. Hart Taxis proved fantastic: within 5 minutes we were booked with an email confirmation. The car arrived punctually and the driver was a lovely guy (which always helps alleviate the stress of travel). Finally, it was excellent value! Absolutely delighted with Hart and they'll now become my go-to taxi firm. Thank you so much.

A reassuring text to confirm the car was en route to us at horrible-o'clock in the morning. Embedded link showed he'd arrived outside. Great driver got us to T5 in plenty of time.

Thursday April 21st we travelled from Odiham to Heathrow. The driver arrived on time 04. 00 hrs as we had an early flight. I was shocked when I was told to lift my own baggage into the cab. My husband was unimpressed by our driver staying in the middle lane of the motorway allowing cars to overtake both sides. At Heathrow I went to get the prebooked wheelchair for my husband, the boot opened electronically and I had to lift out baggage on to a trolley as he sped away…. Please do not use this driver. Our pick up last Thursday was not great, but our driver Andy from Reading should be complimented on his courteous and careful driving. He had to use a large mini van, my husband had difficulty in climbing in after a long flight. However Andy's kindness to us meant we overlooked the vehicle. The star rating is for the return journey as I am unable to award anything for the journey to Heathrow. We have used Hart Taxis for well over 20 years driver Mike Harding never once let us down.
