Blown away by the fact that I was able to view on a Sunday! I viewed the property with Benjamin who at the time of the viewing offered me her personal mobile number if I had any further questions which was a great touch. After offering on the property I was kept up to speed with how my offer was progressing throughout the negotiation process (there was another party also offering). Have just viewed the property a second time and we are really pleased with the property and the service we have received as buyers! Highly recommended! .

Despite having tried several times over a considerable period of time to sell a family property, our first attempt after engaging Harry Harper / Ben Churchill as agents, bore fruit just after a few weeks. We did have reservations about using a non-local firm but their skillful management of logistics and use of current marketing techniques and technology, very quickly turned the situation around and also resulted in us achieving a much better price than we had been led to believe was possible – I would recommend them as being highly committed and professional throughout. Sold my property with Harry Harper - to be honest, I had never used or heard of them before as my property is in Pontypridd and didn’t know if they would stretch that far, but was recommended to give them a call. On first contact they were great! And to my surprise, my property being in Pontypridd was no issue! Dealt largely with Benjamin Churchill, came to value the property and took some photos and drew a floor plan, was very pleased with how it all looked when I was sent across my property details. Sold my property quicker than I was expecting! They even achieved a price above asking!
