I am very pleased with the service of this company. My binocular arrived well packaged, and the best part was that when I asked if I could replace it with another one, after a minor fault emerged (The fault was due to the nature of the binocular being a low-priced budget one, and not of them! ), they agreed without hesitation. I shipped my binocular back and they shipped out a new one on the day! Very good service - I would buy from again and would also highly recommend!
