We are a specialist non-invasive leak detection company. We find and fix the leaks a plumber cannot. Our engineers use a combination of tracer gas, acoustics, thermal imaging and moisture mapping to find the source of a leak and will then access and fix it.

Our engineers are only booked for 1 job per day so they can spend the time, methodically going through the process.

Central heating leaks - we specialise in finding central heating leaks under the ground floor.
If your boiler is losing all pressure and it's been checked by a qualified gas-safe heating engineer and found to be working then that lends itself to you having a leak on the pipework. If there's no evidence of where that leak is, then it's more than likely on the ground floor, under the flooring. Our engineers are only booked for 1 job per day, start at 9am and methodically go through the process of finding, accessing and fixing your leak, using a combination of tracer gas, thermal imaging, moisture mapping and acoustics. We will send you a full report afterwards for any Insurance requirements.

Mains Leaks - If your meter is spinning when you're not using water and you have an inflated bill or your water company has been in touch to say they believe you have a mains leak then we can help. Our qualified engineers will use a combination of methods to detect your leak and help you get it resolved.

Awkward pipe leaks - If you have an awkward pipe leak then we can help. We are a non-invasive leak detection and our engineers build the evidence of where the leak is, before accessing and fixing it. If you've been told that the only way to find a leak is by ripping up all your flooring or tiling then please call us - we are here to help.
