Harmonics Music

I have been to this shop twice now with my mandolin for new strings. The customer service is absolutely great, whilst waiting I had a look at the guitars and the prices are very competitive, I will definitely use Harmonics Crosby for any future dealings, maybe mandolin lessons ? .

Simply the best music shop in the Liverpool area. Helpful, friendly and massively knowledgeable. A true star in the community and they care about every customer.

Best guitar shop ever, Andy’s stock is amazing his staff are first class. Every time I visit I feel like a kid in a sweet shop ( but I am a guitar nerd) just a shame he Carnt open in this present lockdown I just Sincerely hope this doesn’t affect his ability remain open when this is all over. I would not even consider using any other music store it’s more than a shop it’s a great place to meet other like minded guitarists with the same passion for music as myself. .

Really terrible customer service. I went in yesterday with my boyfriend to buy him a guitar for his birthday and was mocked when I told him my budget. Once My partner thanked him and said he’s just going to look around he laughed and mentioned my budget again saying I’ll be lucky to find somewhere that does a guitar for my budget. Unnecessary unwanted comments.

Brilliant shop, I've bought ukelles and guitars from them, I carnt play but love trying, my latest buy was a Cort guitar, staff were really helpful in my buy for the budget I wanted pay, they didn't just try and sell me the dearest. And very helpful with advice that a novice like me has, so fortunate to have it in my neighbourhood.

Seriously folks if you're looking around for the best place in Liverpool to buy a guitar or have lessons, HARMONICS is the place to go. I tried 2 city centre music shops…got ignored in one and told not to touch the guitars in the other. Finally went to harmonics. One of the guys helped me straight away and told me to pick up and try anything I wanted. I played a few sitting on the couch and he came back with a cup of coffee! His about that for customer service! Will never shop anywhere else now. Roger Panning.

Totes amaze balls! These guys are great…really helped me out buying my first electric. Played acoustic for years so I know enough to know tht their advice was sincere and honest. Went in with a mandolin that had some buzzing frets. The staff were exceptional fixing the problem and giving the instrument a good clean too! Excellent service!

I was undecided about which guitar to get I was thinking of Guild or Simon and Patrick but after trying them Andy suggested Tanglewood. After trying two I bought a TW47, a bit more than I was originally thinking but a great Guitar. Thanks guys.

I am a guitarist in a duo called tora tora, I had a gig recently and my Guitar broke on the day! Harmonics saved my bacon and fixed it about 2 hrs before the gig. Harmonics is the place to go.

Forget the town centre, just give Andy or Brendan a ring @ Harmonics in Waterloo. They'll give you the better price for whatever guitar you are looking for. I went in. Looking to try out the Takamine and eventually settled for a Crafter, better sound, better finish better price. These lads are there to give a service and they are very knowledgeable, they set you up and leave you to try out whatever you want. They will setup your new guitar for you, maybe even the same day. I recommend this shop on the basis of how I was treated and looked afterAlan.

Bought a Vox VT 40+ a couple of weeks ago. The service was friendly and helpful, certainly better than the big chain shops. I will certainly be back especially as it's on my doorstep! Keep up the good work people.

Great shop - such a great choice for lefties, much better than so-called bigger shops. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great to have a quality local music shop in Crosby. Good luck to them.

Vox Amp I Purchased Is Amazing, Cheaper Than Anywhere Else, My First Choice Music Shop.

The cheapest i have ever seen a tanglewood guitar and vox amp anywhere. I even got 5% off my purchase. Absolutely brilliant! .

Great shop. Its so good to not have to go to town for strings and other accessories. Guitars £50 cheaper than town also. Marvellous good work!

Excellent service. The starter acoustic and amp i bought was just what my son wanted.
