About Harmonics Music
CUSTOMER TESTIMONY:
Harmonics Music is a community-centred haven for musicians of all ages and experiences, offering services spanning product sales (inc. New and used instruments), 1:1 tuition, repairs/maintenance and even instrument rentals! From their suburban Liverpool location they operate one of the Northwest’s smartest musical instrument shops, where customers have access to a wide variety of products and brands, as well as helpful staff to assist and advise.
Among their many strengths, one area in which they are particularly strong is their product and subject knowledge. Unlike in many chain stores, every member of staff in Harmonics Music is involved in the process of testing, reviewing and ultimately buying in the products that can be seen in store. This helps them keep ‘in tune’ with the requirements of their customers on an almost daily basis, but more importantly, allows customers the chance to deal with staff that not only understand the products, but also use them themselves.
Harmonics Music is definitely the shining star of the Liverpool musical instrument scene!
Tony A. (longtime customer and student).
The team that make up Harmonics Music are a varied lot, but one way in which they are all similar is in their friendly attitude, healthy work ethic and our undying determination to pass on the enjoyment that music has given us to our customers, whether it be through tuition, sales or simply repairing customers' gear and getting them back on the road!
The team includes former LIPA lecturers and symphony orchestra musicians as well as published authors and composers. They are all (or have at one time been) full time working musicians and between them have played on all but one of the Earth's continents! But really, who's going to go to a gig at the South Pole anyway?!
With over 250 YEARS of teaching and playing experience between them, their attitude is Amazing!
A lot of our time though is spent on less flashy (but equally valuable) services, like advising players who are thinking of starting up a band or gigging for the first time on how best to allocate their equipment budget. This doesn't just mean telling people what to buy; we know from customer feedback that among the most helpful advice we have given has been when we have advised customers how NOT to spend their money! (There's A LOT you can do without when you're 'kitting up' - be you a bedroom player or a gigging musician!).
By sharing the benefit of our collected experience, we KNOW we have saved countless musicians thousands of pounds over time! But then, that's why we're here - that's what we're for - and that's what makes us proud!
So if you're thinking of getting into (or back into) music, then give us a call or call in at the shop and make our day by letting us help you!
Hope to see you soon.
Regards.
TEAM HARMONICS.
