Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Harlow auto centre. Booked a mot the garage called me and said that my car failed the mot on a tyre Cord exposed and a headlight not working. Never asked me if I wanted a tyre and bulb replacement not trying to sell me them. I had to ask them for a price to fix my car. The service advisor said that he will email me a quote as they don’t do any repairs until The customer authorities. Very satisfying that a garage don’t do any repairs until authorised by the customer. Excellent experience and will definitely recommend them.
