Alhamdulillah our family's Umrah was completed in April 2025 and this was our first time going with a group. Our Makkah stay was 5* hotel Anjum and the hotel was amazing with a view of the Zamzam tower and breakfast included which made it very convenient and close to the Haram. The ziyarat for Makkah could've been better as we couldn't get off the coach at most places due to restrictions (although other coaches could) so we just had to read a pdf we were sent beforehand. The Haramain leader left our group 3 days in for another group booking to the Balkans out of the 13 day stay we had planned and left us with a friend of his. He did apologise for double booking but promised the group was in good hands…With his friend. Transfers had been fine, just a couple of issues with a stubborn bus driver that rushed the journey to Madinah, especially in Badr where he told us we only had 5 mins to stop at Jabal e Malaika and started horning and reversing the coach whilst people were getting on. He also refused to turn the aircon off and everyone was freezing and became ill during the week in Madinah. Our Madinah stay was disappointing considering the money we spent and agreed for. The hotels had changed without my family knowing and the hotel changed from 5* Jayden to 4* Taibah Madinah hotel but we'd been informed the rooms we were specifically allocated were 3*. We tried to sort the issue straight away but as the Haramain leader was travelling to another country, he wasn't available to respond to the messages. The hotel was clean but was not what we were expecting considering the location was on the other side of the Haram compared to Jayden. Our hotel view was a pylon which is why the room is a lower star and would've been cheaper for the travel agent to book instead. At least we had breakfast included despite this. Our whole group became very ill due to the journey from Makkah in the cold aircon so they wouldn't have had the energy to get the hotel changed amongst being bed bound and sick after a day of travelling to madinah. The ziyarat in Madinah was delayed by 2 hours with the group waiting in the hotel lobby for the whole duration whilst a tour guide and transport was being arranged. We didn't end up getting a tour guide and the driver who only spoke Arabic gave some input to try and help the new leader when there were areas the coach couldn't stop. Again we had to refer to the pdfs. The journey back to the airport was fine but even the group leader that stepped in, had to leave the group at the airport as he was flying back on another day. The other families in the groups got split up in the airport so we all made our way though security and checked in by ourselves with a couple of other families. I feel our group's umrah trip should've been rearranged instead if there's a double booking to ensure the quality is up to scratch compared to previous tours and give first-time umrah goers the best experience. A lot of the group were going for the first time and feel this trip will make them think twice before going again with a group travel agent, especially for the amount paid for 5* hotels.Moreexpand_more

Felt a bit saddened as Haramain tours didn't deliver to my needs. Alhamdulillah Makkah hotel Anjum was upto the 5* ratings as mentioned on the poster. Unfortunately the Madina hotel Jayden which we paid and booked as part of the package as advertised on the posters. This was not the case. Instead we were put in Taiba Madina hotel which is 3/ 4* rating. We were NOT informed of the change at all until we reached Madina to the hotel. We messaged the owner of the group that we were not happy He messaged me back saying that he will sort it. The main group leader had gone back to the UK to take another group to the Balkans. Nothing was sorted by another person who he left in charge. My point is Haramain gone back on his word and not gave us what we paid for. Had a discussion with him after we came back, which made no difference in solving the matter. I've had the same experience 20 years ago with another travel agent which Haramain knew about and who I mentioned before booking with him. We had a very good trip to The Balkans in April 2025. Ilyas bhai and mufti saheb were very helpful in anything we needed before. And during the trip. We always felt very looked after and found all the hotels and food to be of high standards. The trip was extremely informative and remarkable. Thank you once again.

Amazing people to travel with, looked after everyone making effort to meet individuals needs and were treated as family members in such a hospitable manner. My second time travelling with Al Haramain and definitely recommend them as I will travel again with them in future Insha Allah.

Travelled to the Balkans on a 8 day trip ( Albania, Montenegro and Bosnia). Amazing experience. Excellent facilities and hotels. Our personal needs and comfort were always put first. Thank you once again. Would strongly recommend Haramain Tours.

Was well looked after. Looked after us. Treated us like their family and treated my wife very well. The people in the group were very nice. The quality of the hotel was good aswell as the food.

Had a great experience overall. Everything was delivered as promised, and the trip went smoothly. I traveled with my family during the last two weeks of Ramadan, so it was very busy, but everything was well-organized. The hotel and food were of an acceptable standard, and having transfers included made things much easier. Communication with the agent was excellent—they were always available and ready to assist whenever needed. Would definitely recommend!

I went to perform Umrah on 12th Feb 2025 with my wife, daughters and grandchildren. Their representative was waiting for us at Jeddah Airport to take us to Makkah Hotel, transport arrangements were well organized and in the process we did not have to wait for long time. Again for Ziarat, both in Makkah and Madinah the guide was excellent, explained everything to the young ones and answer their questions. Our trip experience was very good, my grandchildren were happy with all the arrangements. Traffic was the only concern but not their fault. Overall we will 10 out 10. Well done Haramain Tours and keep up a good work. .

Excellent service from start to finish for our Umrah Journey with family. We didn't have to worry about anything. Both hotels in Makkah and Madina were outstanding and close to the Haram. JZK for all your help we would definitely book again.
