Alhamdulillah the whole umrah trip went well with no issues. From the airport to return. I had with me two wheelchairs and a toddler buggy. Hotels very close easy for wheelchairs. Friendly staff, rooms as stated, clean tidy spacious! All transport provided with ziyarah without Ainu issues. Guides both in Makkah and Madina very honest and reliable. Would recommend if travelling with family. Barak’Allah Hu fee .

Alhamdulillah we received outstanding service during our Umrah trip. Everything went smoothly from flight to on ground transfers from airport to our hotels. We will be sure to use this company again.

Uzbekistan tour from 12th - 19th August 2025. Absolutely amazing tour and we were so lucky to experience all the Islamic history with the company of all the mufti’s and Aalims. The local tour guide was also very helpful and explained everything very well. Ilyas master and mufti Ashfaq were amazing hosts and looked after me and my family really well. All the people in the group were very nice too. We managed to do so many ziyarats and explore a lot of different places in a very short span of a time, very grateful do experience everything. All the hotels were over amazing and the food was absolutely delicious, we got to experience all the local produce. Al Harmain Tours went above and beyond to keep us all happy. We were very happy to experience and visit the beautiful country Uzbekistan with Al Harmain tours so we have booked another tour with them which is Bosnia, Albania and Montenegro in October I. A. As salaamu Alaykum First of all I would like to congratulate ILM O IRFAN travel group for arranging such a lovely trip. Alhadulillah we had a very nice trip under the supervision of our Mufti Ashfaq sahib and brother Ilyas. I feel blessed that we have Ulmas and Muftian Kiram in our group  specifically the presence of Sheikh Mufti Saif Ul Islam sahib. Some moments in your life you can't express with words, so this trip was Alhadulillah one of them. The way the (ilm o Irfan ) Mufti Ashfaq and Brother ilyas arranged the daily routine was amazing. They arranged the coach with tour guide for the cities we travelled. We visited 4 cities( Tashkand, Samarkand, Termiz, Bukhara) Alhadulillah in one week which is amazing, we used two domestic flights. We used the bullet train twice to cover the distance quickly with comfort. We have a local English speaking guide through out the journey they were Very professional and they are with us throughout the journeys and told us the history of that place, not only this our Group leader Mufti Ashfaq sahib  well explained everything. The hotel we stayed they are middle of the city plus they are above 5 star ranking. We experienced there cultural and traditional life as well while having there traditional food. There food was very delicious and ilm o Irfan group team selected a unique places for food as well. They give us enough time for shopping so everyone gets the benefit of it. I am very thankful to ilm o Irfan group ( Mufti Ashfaq and Ilyas bhi ) for arranging such a nice trip. Mufti Ashfaq sahib and Mufti Saif Ul Islam sahib ( JKN) give a dars ( lecture) in the place of IMAM Termizi (R. A) they read the first and the last hadith of imam tirmizi (R. A). Mufti Ashfaq sahib and Mufti Saif Ul Islam sahib ( JKN) read the Hadiths ? Of the Imam Bukari ( Golden chain narrations), In the Madrasa where IMAM Bukari (r. A) use to teach, and we had this opportunity that we were the present in that occasion and our Mufti Saif Ul Islam and Mufti Ashfaq explaind everything the hadith in short. May Allah protect us all from the evil eye and protect us all from takabur (pride). May Allah take us the right kidmat of deen. Uzbekistan 7 day tour August 2025:Thoroughly planned out itinerary, with comfortable hotels and transport, though I was not prepared for just how much walking was involved and how busy the schedule would be: the group can be more transparent about this on their posters/descriptions in the future. While the main attractions are Madaris and mausoleums, the group tried to accommodate for everyone’s interests by allocating free time at bazaars and including hotel leisure facilities: we were unable to use the facilities due to packed schedule. We ourselves realised that shopping wasn't all that in Uzbekistan; it is similar to Istanbul. Overall, Haramain Tours looked after its travelers, delivered variety in all respects (accommodation, food, transport) but needs to be open to travelers about things like nature of tour (the title 'ilm or irfan' was revealed on the Whatsapp group after booking), last minute hotel changes and closed ziyaraat (I would rather have had the first day relaxing at the hotel with its facilities than waste time and energy going to closed Hazrat Imam complex: Google maps showed it was temporarily closed before travel).

I personally recommend everyone to use there services because. They do their best to give you comfort. They have Best hotels with tour guide. Best food they provide Best communication stills resolving issues on spot. Money wise worth going with them.

I would like to thank the organisers and the group that I was with. It was the best tour I had. And I am a traveller. From the beginning to the end it was more than my expectations.

Everything went very well. Hotel Anjum was a fantastic hotel, close to the haram.

The group leader and guide was Ilyas Master who has considerable experience of leading pilgrims on Umrah and Hajj. I travelled as a single female. Mr Ilyas was always available to answer questions both pre and post-registration and throughout the trip. I was very impressed with the manner in which he dealt with any difficulties that we encountered along the way. He seemed to have excellent problem solving skills. His approach was calm and considered and he was confident and competent. He arranged activities for us that were not included in our package such as visiting historical and religious sites in Medina as well as a date farm. He was also very responsive to our individual feedback during the journey. We were group of three our hajj journey went very smooth nothing to complain Haramain Tours CO Ilyas master was always available any issue we had before the journey and also helpful during the hajj we were well informed step by step Ilyas is very professional and and experienced tours operator I will highly recommend thanks Jazakallah.

Alhamdulillah our family's Umrah was completed in April 2025 and this was our first time going with a group. Our Makkah stay was 5* hotel Anjum and the hotel was amazing with a view of the Zamzam tower and breakfast included which made it very convenient and close to the Haram. The ziyarat for Makkah could've been better as we couldn't get off the coach at most places due to restrictions (although other coaches could) so we just had to read a pdf we were sent beforehand. The Haramain leader left our group 3 days in for another group booking to the Balkans out of the 13 day stay we had planned and left us with a friend of his. He did apologise for double booking but promised the group was in good hands…With his friend. Transfers had been fine, just a couple of issues with a stubborn bus driver that rushed the journey to Madinah, especially in Badr where he told us we only had 5 mins to stop at Jabal e Malaika and started horning and reversing the coach whilst people were getting on. He also refused to turn the aircon off and everyone was freezing and became ill during the week in Madinah. Our Madinah stay was disappointing considering the money we spent and agreed for. The hotels had changed without my family knowing and the hotel changed from 5* Jayden to 4* Taibah Madinah hotel but we'd been informed the rooms we were specifically allocated were 3*. We tried to sort the issue straight away but as the Haramain leader was travelling to another country, he wasn't available to respond to the messages. The hotel was clean but was not what we were expecting considering the location was on the other side of the Haram compared to Jayden. Our hotel view was a pylon which is why the room is a lower star and would've been cheaper for the travel agent to book instead. At least we had breakfast included despite this. Our whole group became very ill due to the journey from Makkah in the cold aircon so they wouldn't have had the energy to get the hotel changed amongst being bed bound and sick after a day of travelling to madinah. The ziyarat in Madinah was delayed by 2 hours with the group waiting in the hotel lobby for the whole duration whilst a tour guide and transport was being arranged. We didn't end up getting a tour guide and the driver who only spoke Arabic gave some input to try and help the new leader when there were areas the coach couldn't stop. Again we had to refer to the pdfs. The journey back to the airport was fine but even the group leader that stepped in, had to leave the group at the airport as he was flying back on another day. The other families in the groups got split up in the airport so we all made our way though security and checked in by ourselves with a couple of other families. I feel our group's umrah trip should've been rearranged instead if there's a double booking to ensure the quality is up to scratch compared to previous tours and give first-time umrah goers the best experience. A lot of the group were going for the first time and feel this trip will make them think twice before going again with a group travel agent, especially for the amount paid for 5* hotels.Moreexpand_more
