A very organised and well planned trip, with plenty of strong support network via telephone or in person, ziyarats were very educational and hotels were well located close to both haram, will definitely recommend and looking forward to my next trip with my family via haramain tours.

We were stuck abroad and this tour operator stepped up and helped out in facilitating umrah as well as accommodation and transport. Friendly service, extremely reliable and did not take advantage of our situation and I ask Allah to reward them greatly.

An amazing experience. First time for my family and the care and 121 consultations we got during the Umrah by Ilyas sahib, Shamsudin sahib and Abul Hassan were brilliant. Really helped us to be at ease and really take in the experience. Nothing was rushed and Ilyas sahib was always on hand to answer any questions or when support was needed.

Was happy with the package. Ilyas Bai was always on hand for when I ran into any issues, and made sure the whole process went smoothly, allowing me to fully focus on my ibadah. Would highly recommend.

An Amazing Umrah Experience with Haramain Tours Bradford. I recently went on Umrah with Haramain Tours Bradford, and I must say the trip was incredible and meticulously organised. The trip organiser, Ilyas Master, was always available to assist us when needed, which was one of the best aspects. He was there to answer all our questions and provided guidance throughout the entire journey, yet his presence was never overwhelming. As soon as we landed in Jeddah, he even helped us sort out SIM cards, which was a thoughtful touch. Despite planning last minute, Ilyas was able to secure our visas and tickets quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. During our Ziyarats, we had the pleasure of being guided by Zubair Riaz, the YouTuber. His vast knowledge and engaging speaking style, coupled with his beautiful recitation of the Qur'an, made the experience truly memorable. Another highlight was when Ilyas Master helped us purchase authentic AJWA dates directly from the garden, saving us the trouble of navigating the local markets and potentially being overcharged. The return flight from Madinah was also well-organised, making the entire trip feel perfectly planned. We spent 6 days in Makkah and 6 days in Madinah, with seamless transportation throughout the journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Haramain Tours Bradford, especially for first-time travellers. Me and my wife had an amazing experience using Haramain Tours for our Umrah trip. Everything was organised perfectly and we no problems during the whole trip. Our tour organiser was always available to contact and was happy to help with any queries or questions. The whole service was absolutely top quality and Mr Ilyas Master went above and beyond for us including bringing our zam zam water back for us when we had booked a longer layover in Istanbul after our umrah. We decided to go with Ilyas Bhai after hearing very positive reviews from a couple of people we knew. Ilyas Bhai always communicated with me and kept me informed of timings of everything that was important for the trip and whilst on our journey. Every little bit had been very carefully thought out to minimise worry and stress for us. Ilyas Bhai guided us all men and women to the appropriate gate in Medina. Our Umrah was led by Zubair Riaz and Ilyas Bhai was with us. All the people in the group were definitely looked after really well. I would definitely go with Ilyas Bhai- very organised, efficient and honestly recommend his services- whether its your 1st time or you have been before. .
