About Happy Paws

Happy Paws provides a professional, friendly and flexible dog walking and pet sitting service in Newcastle upon Tyne. Dog walking is available seven days a week with a choice of either solo or group walks of no more than four dogs. Pet sitting covers cats, elderly or sick dogs, puppies and small animals and is also available seven days a week to cover those times when you can't always be at home for your pets. We are fully insured, DBS checked and certified in pet first aid.
Happy Paws offers a flexible service that begins with our free consultation to discuss your pet's needs and to meet both you and them. Throughout the relationship we'll keep you fully informed of how much your pet is enjoying our service including text and picture messages and emails.
Unlike many other companies Happy Paws are open seven days a week including Bank Holidays and charge no premium at weekends or Bank Holidays.

We were initially worried to leave our cat at home given that he's 15 and has both kidney disease and regular bouts of pancreatitis. Darrin was brilliant though and made us feel really confident that our cat would be well looked after in his care. When we arrived home it was clear that Whiskers had been absolutely fine all week and his food/litter needs had all been catered for perfectly. The regular emails and photos are also really great and gave us a worry free holiday! We will definitely use Happy Paws again!

Darrin at Happy Paws has looked after my dogs for many years as I am housebound. Rescue dogs Max and Kizzie and Springer Spaniels Sam and Sophie. He went well beyond what I was expecting, even taking Max on day trips and family outings. I thoroughly recommend Happy Paws as dog walker and you csn be sure you dog will be in safe hands.
