Hands On Health Clinic is based in Great Barr and offers Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Counselling and Psychotherapy services from its easily accessible offices. Our aim for all of our clients is to provide the best care possible ensuring that they achieve optimal health and performance. We specifically tailor each patients treatment program to their individual needs, therefore providing a bespoke service for each and every client.

Hands On Health Clinic is a multi-disciplinary complementary and alternative therapy clinic. We offer a number of services including Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture, Counselling and Psychotherapy. The Chiropractic Services offered include techniques such as spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapies, joint mobilizations, Active Release and Trigger point therapy. Our experienced Psychotherapists and therapist are trained in many different approaches to help you to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues and many more.

Dr Gem Phipps D. C, is a fully qualified Doctor of Chiropractic. She graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2008 with a 2:1 B. Sc (Hons) Chiropractic. Prior to her studies in Chiropractic Dr Gem studied for a B. Sc (Hons) Biological Sciences, Physiology and Pharmacology at Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating in 2003.

Dr Gem Phipps D. C is registered with the General Chiropractic Council. She is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and a Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors. Gem also has membership with the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
