Handle-iT fabricate trolleys and other products to our customer requirements. We realised as a company many years ago that our standard range is not suitable for all customers. Using different equipment can give you your competitive edge, so have your trolley manufactured to your specification is a must. Simply provide a full CAD, or engineering drawings, or just pop it on a hand drawn sketch, and out in-house design team can refine it from here.
We can manufacture trolleys in most sizes and styles and we offer this facility to have it in any material from steel, aluminium or stainless steel. Bases, panels, sides and ends can be finished in stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, plastic, or a huge choice of wood, from MDF to varnished hard woods.
As a standard, all of our products are finished with a heavy layer of epoxy powder-coat paint, which is baked on to the steel. It gives a high gloss finish which not only looks great, but is also chip, scratch and rust resistant.
If you require a pretty finish, our trolleys can also be manufactured with BZP (bright zinc plated). This will offer similar rust resistance due to the galvanising process whilst also giving a mirror finished look, ensuring that your bespoke trolley is exactly what you want.
As a standard colour we use Cobalt Blue (RAL5010). However, we also offer the facility to finish your trolley in the RAL colours that suit your brand.

Here at Handle iT, we have a standard range of powered trolleys which has a lot to offer. We also understand that standard sometimes will not cut it for our customers. We have the facilities to design and develop bespoke powered trolleys that meet your exact needs. We have a huge range of options with our bespoke fabrication, and many of these can be built on our 500KG and 1000KG powered trolley chassis.

Need to manoeuvre in small spaces? We can significantly reduce the size of the powered trolleys to accommodate compact spaces. If you are limited by the space to turn, centrally mounted drive motors also allow the trolley to turn within its own length, greatly improving its turning circle.

If you're transporting high value loads, you might want to look at additional safety layers of security. Some previous bespoke modifications include keypad ignitions, integrated security alarms and key card entry locks.
