My shirts have come back needing more ironing that when they went. They have not been ironed. They may have been steamed or something like that but they certainly are not ironed. Waste of time. Now I need to send them out for pressing AGAIN.

Very disappointing, although the quality of the dry cleaning was really good when the items were delivered back there was one item missing. I got in touch several times through telephone and website and it’s been a week and no response. This is really poor service. They have lost a pair of my trousers and no one is getting back to me, I will start salmon or write to me by Friday and I got nothing. It’s been a great inconvenience. Not happy at all. All other aspects of the service was brilliant.

I was very impressed to get a pick up of my quilt after an hour of first searching for a time slot - and even more - to be able to receive it back cleaned the next day. Exceptional service and am always kept in the picture re times etc. Love their lovely packaging. With referral also I earn over £80, and I use this on my running order. So very glad I was recommended this company. Will continue to always use. .

Impressive service provided by Hamlet Laundry. I have tried a few others before, seeing that I work long hours and really don't have the time to do laundry myself. However, I was often frustrated with bad delays, unsuitable time slots or messy returns. I liked HamletLaundry's instant pick-up feature as well as their 1 to 2 hour time-slots within a 24 hours turnaround time. Best was, except once they were always within the promised delivery time (I ordered like over 18 times with them till now). The drivers are always nice and respectful, the onetime I needed customer support I was happy to be heard quickly and my issue was solved within a few minutes. For now I will definitely stay with them and hope they will keep the quality. .

Have already recommended this to people I know. Was wary at first because I had never used it but there was no need to worry. Will definitely use again… Actually, I'm booking again to dry clean my 2 piece suit, Jacket, T-shirts and shirts right now. Highly Recommended.
