From the very minute we walked into the showroom until the completion of the Job, the care and attention given to us was second to none. Showroom staff listened to our requirements, offered suggestions on what would be best fit. Installation Team were great, floor protection from door to bathroom was there 1st priority, at the end of each day they tidied up. The finished product is simply brilliant, well beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone who is planning to update their bathroom.

The bathroom brand I was looking to purchase, listed Hamilton Bathroom and Kitchen Centre as their West of Scotland stockist. I contacted the store by email and telephone as it was during Lockdown, and Naveed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and any questions I had. Once the store opened, I went out to place my order. Again Naveed was very helpful in assisting me with everything I would need to complete my bathroom renovation, including being very competitively priced. He even arranged for an evening delivery slot as I was working the day of delivery. I really appreciated this. He came out with the delivery team and went through all the boxes, checking everything I ordered was there. Even the delivery team were professional with their care and handling of the goods and very friendly. I was absolutely delighted with Naveed and his teams service, I do not think I could have bought better anywhere else, including any on-line only stores. We just had our ensuite and downstairs cloakroom toilet renewed by Naveed and the team. Top quality customer service from start to finish. The tiles and sanitary ware are all top of the range and of very high quality. We highly recommend Hamilton Bathroom Centre who supplied and fitted our en suite last week. This was a seamless service from start to completion and the finished result was totally to our satisfaction. Naveed in the showroom provided first class service he has amazing knowledge with a good eye to detail and certainly knows what works best. Out fitters Gary and Graham were outstanding their professional work and expertise was unbelievable. It is also important to mention the tidiness of all who played a part of work including the person who uplifted the rubble he was extremely helpful and left nothing behind. Staff very knowledgable and helpful. Designed bathroom layout which proved very helpful. They also told us how many tiles we would need and the best places to go for them. They delivered when they said they would and this dovetailed into the work schedule so that we were not stuck with rooms full of equipment for weeks on end. All in all this company gave us a very good deal and very good service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.
