POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been misled by this company who at first appeared to be customer orientated - by they are far from it! I enquired about a Padlock and was told I could return it if if was not correct - I did this and was asked to try another which also was not satisfactory. Because of illness I was unable to return immediately, my wife returned the lock and asked for a refund - she was given a credit note! When I went back and asked for a refund it was refused and only partly refunded - Do not be fooled by the smiles and politeness - they are cold and uncaring traders.
Response : Both padlocks were returned before Christmas without packaging and another padlock possibly required. A credit note was offered and accepted. Now 3 months later cash is demanded. We have a returns policy which, as a jesture of good will, will give a full cash refund if the product and packaging are in good order and within a reasonable time. If not we may offer a credit note or partial refund to reflect the reduced priced resale value.
