I’m a student from Kuwait. While I was still back home, I contacted Nick about finding an apartment. He was very helpful and respectful, and he promised to reserve one for me. Even though I was worried since I hadn’t arrived yet, he kept his word. When I got to the UK, the apartment was ready, clean, furnished, and reserved under my name. Nick even answered my questions on weekends. Thank you, Nick, for your help and respect - you really made the process easy for me as a student.

Lived in a property managed by Hackett for 8 years and could not have asked for better service. Nick has been great throughout, very responsive to any issues and had them sorted immediately. Our check out process and return of deposit was so seamless. Can honestly say this is the best agency I have experienced.

Nick at Hackett Estates is easily the best rental agent I've ever worked with. From the initial rental search to contract renewal, and everything in between, he's honest, super efficient, proactive and incredibly helpful with any enquiries we have. Any issues which arise with the flat get sorted out in the blink of an eye. And he's a thoroughly nice chap too. We'd give him 6 stars if we could.

Nick helped me get my first apartment in London. After reading horror stories of how agents treat tenants, I was very apprehensive in the beginning, but Nick turned out to be a great agent and person. He was always friendly and helped in getting any issues resolved at the earliest. He was very understanding and professional - always quick to respond in case of any issues. My whole experience with him was very smooth. He even went out of his way to help us get our next apartment on a short lease. The only suggestion I have for Nick is that sometimes his emails can sound rude - but since I know him in person, I know he is a sweet chap and is not being rude; it is just his style. I can't recommend Nick Maund highly enough. He is the best agent I have used in my time as a landlord. He is professional, friendly and clear and fast in his communications. Without fail he has found me really good tenants, made the whole process straightforward and easy for both sides. I manage the property myself however sometimes I have become stuck with finding a reliable trades person and Nick is always happy to help with a recommendation.

Hackett Estate Agents have been the best estate agent experience I had in London. I had rented with them since 2017 in the new developments in Acton Gardens. They also managed the property. Direct and friendly communication, any maintenance issue was attended immediately. Amazing service overall, highly recommended. Hope every estate agent was like Nick and his team. 5 stars !
