Experience very bad customer service both occupants where very rude and dismissive of our needs, I was told that the lines painted on the fence was our boundary, so I asked if I could move over a bit this would of still bin in our boundary so I could open the door to get things in and out, I was told very rudely it’s storage only, when there would of been space for me to get in and out, but again rudely was told no we have a camper van going in there. My point being they told me the lines was my space, and I had paid for that space. I returned just over a week later to remove my van due to the rudeness of the occupants and the limited space, to find no camper van just a small trailer beside my van. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also I payed a private company to tow my van as I don’t tow he was also discussed at how he was spoken to. Avoid this company.
