Moved to Yorkshire and found our new homes boiler was not working. PhonedGTS and spoke to Simon who did his best to try to help over the phone but I tried but did not know this boiler. He came to us got boiler working and serviced it for us and check it was safe. Very helpful and friendly and glad to say we are now one of his customers again many thanks.

Repairs made to water heating system, after a national company said it wasn't covered by my policy. Came out quickly, found fault, replaced part and fixed a couple of other problems with system. Revised settings to avoid similar damage to part that had failed, and explained everything they had done. Based on what I've paid plumbers in the past, the price was very reasonable. New boiler Installation : Simon's quote came over £500 cheaper than the lowest quote we had been given for a new boiler and over £1000 cheaper than Br Gas. A very professional and friendly guy. He filled us in on all the details so we knew what to expect. When we got our boiler replaced he arrived exactly on time, took care over our home, and completed the work to the highest standard. We needed our boiler replacing at short notice and he was very flexible in this regard and we could not have asked for more.
