Asked Luke to investigate the source of a leak on our dormer. He performed a thorough investigation on the side where the leak had manifested and found no sign of a leak outside the moisture barrier. He reasoned then that there was probably a pin hole leak in the GRP flat roof and explained how this could happen. He explained that it was unlikely to get worse and advised us on our next step. This was to engage a drone surveyor to confirm this suspicion and would be significantly cheaper than hiring scaffolding to enable access. Luke was thoroughly professional and friendly and for his time and expertise Luke did not charge us. I am very grateful for the peace of mind and impressed with the level of service.

Replacement soffits, fascias and guttering completed as well as repairs due to a cracked tile in our roof all completed quickly with good communication about costs and how long work would take. We’re really happy with the work.

Luke did a great job with no fuss about using ladders up 3 levels to our roof. Before and after photos were very helpful both in accepting the quote and seeing the work done. He stuck to time arranged, was polite, helpful and would certainly recommend.

Luke provided a very professional and courteous service throughout what was a large job to complete roofline transformation in anthracite grey with new fascias and soffits, new guttering and down pipes eavesgaurd and birdcombs. New dry verge caps and new dry ridge system. Highly recommended.

Luke was very professional replacing our ridge tiles and eaves. He explained the whole procedure and even rectified a fault a previous contractor had made. We are very pleased with the whole process.

Excellent service from these guys. Called to ask for chimney covers. They did the job the next day and also replaced broken tiles on the house my daughter recently purchased. The broken tiles were picked up by the surveyor and we were really pleased the guys could do this on the same day. A fair price and fantastic communication. Highly recommend.

We asked Luke to add some vent tiles to our roof. He had to get them specially ordered which he did and then got them up with no fuss. He was helpful and professional.

This is the third time that I have used Luke at GT Rooting. A flat roof replacement with a fibreglass roof, replacement guttering and down pipe at the back of the house and repairs to missing tiles and mortar following the recent storms and torrential rain. Each time, Luke will call around straight away, will assess the work to be done and give you a quote. He will then call back as soon as possible to complete the work. We contacted Luke to help resolve a problem with our roof and guttering which was causing water damage internally on a wall in our home. Luke is local to us and he came around within a day and diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. Within a few days Luke was back to do the work swiftly and very professionally. Hopefully our problem is now resolved. Work on our bungalow roof was excellent! New dry ridge system to replace the old and repair to old rotten felt at bottom of roof. Luke explained clearly throughout the repair what he was doing and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definetly recommend GT Roofing.

Excellent service from start to finish. Luke responded promptly to my phone call and gave a realistic quote to repair a section of roof which had rotten battens, cracked tiles and leaky guttering.
