I went to them for some advice on my uncles application and they mislead me from day one. They quoted the wrong price over the phone and when I got to there office started another price. However given the rush I was in I just paid it, thinking that they would be able to help. The feedback I was given was not different to what I already told them. They did not check over the documents properly missing key details vital to the application. They both were especially very rude and offensive. I was offered a tenancy agreement for a “fee” which is illegal. My whole dealing with this company has been unprofessional.
