Got my bathroom fitted from Gsa 5 years ago best tradesmen I have ever used start to finish was flawless absolutely no issues really great guys and the fit and finish is perfect can’t recommend them enough they also fitted my parents bathroom they were over the moon with is also! 10/10.

GSA worked consistently although the end result was a little disappointing. They plumbed and tiled the bathroom well. The shower was excellent but the tilling followed the wrong pattern, the grouting wasn't as specified and and the washbasin was awkward. When I attempted to contact GSA to fix outstanding issues they stopped replying.

Alex was a complete professional and him and his team have done an immaculate job of renovating my bathroom. It wasn’t an easy job, in an Edinburgh tenement with walls that needed squared, a floor that needed to be straightened which involved new joists, removal of a water tank and joinery to change the opening of the door into the hall rather than the bathroom. I had decided to convert an old sideboard into a double sink vanity, and Alex mapped out the plumbing and made a template for the stone top to be cut. Nothing was too much trouble! He made sure we were happy with the position of everything and was great at explaining the work involved. I would highly recommend!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Stewart and Alex at GSA Bathrooms; professional and friendly, they have a great eye for detail and really take pride in their work. They explained each stage of the bathroom build and answered all our questions patiently! We have a beautiful wetroom now that we love. Stewart's motto " anything is possible" helped us achieve that.

So happy with the work. After several years of putting up with two botched bathrooms, we finally bit the bullet and decided to redo both of them at the same time. Lots of problems were uncovered along the way, but the team did a brilliant job of sorting everything out and both rooms were finished within 2 weeks and on budget. Quality of work and finish is excellent and everyone on the team really helpful and professional.

We've just had GSA to renovate our bathroom while we've been away for holidays. Stewart and his team done a great job with excellent attention to detail. GSA team did everything from helping with the design to removing old bathroom suite, stripping down old tiles to rearranging the layout and fitting in the new suite. I was really surprised how quickly they've managed to complete the job (took only 7 days end to end) and how tidy the house was when we came back. One of the most reliable companies I've had opportunity to deal with. We will definitely be using GSA in a future and I would be more than happy to recommend their services to anyone requiring bathroom renovation.

Alex and Stewart did a great job fitting a new bathroom for us at the beginning of the summer. Great workmanship, very tidy and completed the job on time. Really good value for money and delighted with the results.

I got GSA in to change my bathroom to a shower room they took everything back to the bare walls and re-plastered, they also replaced flooring that was rotten due to a previous leak that had not been attended to. They kept me constantly informed as they progressed with the job, the advice I got from Stewart was very informative and helped me to source toilet, sinks, shower screen at really competitive prices. The quality of their work was to a very high standard, I was able to get in touch with them with any issues I had, they replied to me very quickly. At the end of the job Stewart came to see me to make sure that I was pleased with everything and that everything was running smoothly.

We have been delighted with the work of GSA Bathrooms since I first contacted them. Stewart was quick to quote and I was instantly impressed when he came round and talked us through the options. Throughout the work, we were very impressed with the way Stewart gave us advice without telling us what to do. The bathroom had an old unused water tank and he suggested getting rid of this. We had just moved into the flat and the bathroom seemed to have a leak and this was one of the main reasons why we were keen to have the work done urgently. GSA managed to find the source of the leak and I was especially impressed with their attention to detail throughout the process. I personally liked the way that Stewart outsources the tiling and electrical work to other people as it made the process efficient. Stewart managed to get rid of all the unused pipes which has really improved the look of the room. Stewart and Alex were always exceptionally clean (as other reviews have mentioned). We recently hired Stewart and Alex to undertake a complete overhaul of our bathroom, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The guys helped us to refine our initial ideas, adding helpful suggestions and paying attention to the little things which are so easy to overlook but which ultimately make a big difference. Who knew that choosing just the right size of tile can make your room look so much bigger! The work itself was carried out to the highest standard, and with great attention to detail and finish. Stewart and Alex's workmanship is exceptional, but as well as this their patience, good humour and their obvious enthusiasm for their craft made it a pleasure to have them in our home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

GSA Bathrooms did an exceptional job for us. Our previous bathroom was a typical Edinburgh tenement bathroom, small and thin, but now it looks so much bigger and brighter and of hotel quality. Stewart and his team were great from the off. He came round when he said he would to do do the initial survey and quote. We arranged dates and Stewart stuck to those dates impeccably. Stewart and his team were always professional and courteous. We would recommend them to friends and family and would use them in future if needed again. The bathroom looks stunning. Living in a small Edinburgh flat I didn't think it would be possible to have a such an awesome shower space but Stewart and Alex made that happen. They designed it and helped me maximize what was there to create my own little haven! The work fast fast and efficient and with an excellent finish. I would like to put into words how I feel about my bathroom, which was done by GSA while I was away on holiday…. OMG so gorgeous! They took my keys and just transformed my grotty bathroom into a very special room. What was nice is that Stewart kept me in touch with daily photos on progress, but then to come home and see it was just grand. Thanks to the whole team.

We contacted GSA as we needed a complete re-design of our bathroom, they were friendly, professional and value for money. We could not be happier with the work they completed and you can see they are perfectionists at what they do. All work was completed with as little upheaval as possible and everything was tidied to high standard when they left. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family who were wanting a new bathroom.

Nearly a year in and I still love my wet room! I went on instinct a bit when I asked Stewart and Alex to replace my bathroom, something I don't normally do for house related matters! But it has paid off! They were super reliable - they started work and finished it exactly as promised - ultra professional and easy to work with and have around. They helped with ideas (they know their Edinburgh bathrooms! ) and to keep the cost down, in terms of best value for fixtures and fittings. Their tiler and plasterer colleagues reflected their professionalism and commitment. I was particularly impressed by the tiler - such a work ethic and a real perfectionist. We had a good feeling about Stewart from the start. We were right to trust our instincts as he delivered a first rate service right from the off. Top class workmanship and great communication meant things went like a dream. Great to have found someone we wouldn't hesitate in using again and recommending to family and friends.

We contacted Alex at GSA to get a quote to have our bath removed and a shower enclosure installed, at his visit Alex listened to what we wanted to be done, he gave us advice about what was available and spoke to us about shower panels, replacing units, toilet and basin. He gave us a quote a few days later, this gave a full breakdown of what the materials cost and how much the labour would be. We accepted this and were given a date and time when the work would start, Alex and Stewart arrived on time and started work, at the end of the day they made sure that they had cleaned up after themselves, this was continued for the time it took to complete the job. The work was carried out to a high standard and to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend GSA to anyone looking to have their bathroom upgraded, Thanks guys.

Stewart and Alex did a full bathroom refit for us, with minimal disruption to a busy household and a high attention to detail. They listen carfeully to what you want and deliver spot on. Stewart, Alex and his team have just completed a total refit of our family bathroom and our En Suite. Stewart and his team came recommended to us and we would recommend (infact have already). We had a full bathroom makeover which they took complete control of, communication was great, nothing was too much trouble for them. It was all completed on time.
