Very good from quote to finish. Firas and team arrived promptly every day to get to work and did everything in an organised manner so that there was limited disruption to our outside space and the space was kept as tidy as possible. We realised that our area had an existing concrete base, which we hadn't planned for but Firas found a solution quickly and for no extra cost.

Used Greenhouse Hero for removal and erection of new one on same site. Firas and his assistant worked so very hard all day, turning up early to get started. The work was done to a really high standard and they removed all rubbish leaving the area very tidy. Were even able to fit blinds to it. Such a pleasant firm to deal with. I wish all firms were like this. Highly recommend to anyone. You wouldn't be disappointed - and I am pretty fussy about how jobs should be carried out.

Firas was prompt and professional. He did a great job rejuventating our greenhouse which had lots of cracked and missing pieces of glass. He cleaned it so well, I initially thought that glass was missing, but it was just crystal clear! I would have no hesitation recommending Greenhouse Hero.

Firas was really good at getting back to me about the job. He arrived with his co-worker at 8 am and they were very courteous. They worked very hard putting up the greenhouse and it looks great- am really happy with it. They also took away all the packaging which I wasn't expecting. Thanks so much for a fabulous job- would definitely recommend them.

I have two greenhouses that had suffered storm damage - one had several cracked or broken panes whilst the other one had sustained over 30% loss of glass. Though I felt that the price was a little more than I had initially expected to pay for the repairs (but not higher than agreed) the fact that they did the job as agreed, at my convenience, without any fuss, hassle or excuses, and finished the job to a high standard I felt more than satisfied with the work. After Firas left a couple of the greenhouse panes just "popped-out" and I was afraid that it would be difficult to get Greenhouse Heroes back to just "pop" the panes back and, that, if the wind caught them, the panes could break over night adding to the repair bill. After an out of hours call to Muatez, Firas came back the very same evening to fix it! I was delighted by their enthusiasm to do the job right. Though I wish I don't have to avail myself of their services in the future but, should the need arise, Greenhouse Heroes would be my first port of call! I would strongly recommend them as they are friendly, approachable and prepared to tailor their services to the customers' requirements. Thank you!

They did a very good job in fitting my Primrose awning. They discussed with me at every stage of the fitting and made sure I understood how to operate and look after the awning. They were also very tidy and friendly I was very impressed with their work I would have no problem in having Greenhouse Hero back to do further work for me.

I was very pleased with the way Firas and Muatez worked for me. Initially, Muatez gave me 2 options for the base so I could keep the cost down if necessary. Communication was excellent via mobiles or email and the work was done promptly and to a high standard. Firas arrived when he said and worked meticulously to lay the flags for the base. Even my neighbours commented that he was taking a great deal of care with measurements. The finished greenhouse looks good and secure and they put the staging together as well, which I hadn't mentioned when they gave me the quote. They tidied up well at the end. Firas arrived punctually at 8. 15am and worked without a break for over 11 hours. To watch him was to see the complete professional at work. The erected greenhouse is perfect;we are delighted and have no hesitation in recommending him for any greenhouse project. He is also one of the nicest gentlemen to work in our house.

From my first contact requesting a quotation for services, covering site clearance, through to the final installation of a new greenhouse, replacing the previous one destroyed by high winds, the service was first class, very helpful and positive. The advise given was down to earth. The prices were fair and all their promises were fulfilled. My existing foundations required modification regarding levels and that work, along with the subsequent installation, was carried out in a very helpful and professional manner.
