Greater Manchester Community Lettings enable local facilities to hire out their spaces to local community groups without having to do any of the hard work themselves. Greater Manchester Community Lettings (GMCL) can deal with ALL Opening, cleaning and closing of the facilities using their own Enhanced DBS and trained staff, all marketing and finances are dealt with by GMCL. Money is paid into the facility bank account each month-based a % split of the profit generated.

GMCL are a local company who pride themselves on the extremely high level of service given to both the facilities we partner with and the community groups who hire the spaces. The facilities available include: Sports fields, Sports Halls, Dance Studios, Classrooms, Coffee Shops, Canteens, Drama Theatre's, Music rooms, Mixing desks, Recording Studio's, 3g pitches, 4g pitches etc.

GMCL try where possible to enhance the local offer in terms of activities available. Currently we have hirer's who do all of the following, Football Teams, Netball Teams, Basketball Teams, Cricket Teams, Football Coaches, Dance groups, Pop pop dancing, Street dance, Zumba classes, Morris dancing, Ballroom Dancing, Pilate's Instructor's, Yoga Teachers, Martial arts including Karate and Kick Boxing. Mindfulness sessions and Alchemy Bowls with sound flight are also available.
