My experience with Great Grass began on a Sunday evening when we submitted a request for a quotation - a decision we are very pleased we made. By Monday, I had received a call back from a very pleasant member of the team, who was friendly, helpful, and professional. On Tuesday, Nyal attended as arranged. He answered all our questions clearly, offered valuable advice, and provided a very competitive quotation. Nyal was extremely pleasant to deal with and clearly has excellent knowledge of the products. On the agreed fitting date, Jason, Mark, Tom, and Mick arrived on time. We discussed exactly what was required once again, and they then set to work. Despite it being a very hot day, they worked continuously until the job was complete. 1. Removed my existing lawn. 2. Prepared the groundwork, installed the metal border we had chosen, laid the membrane, and used MOT, sand, and grit to level the ground. They also leveled any patio flags that needed attention. 3. Fitted the new lawn across both the original grass area and the patio area. We chose to have it installed over the existing patio flags, and it is another decision we do not regret. 4. Cleared away all debris and left the area clean and tidy.Six hours from start to finish we were looking at a fantastic, completely transformed garden. Our thanks go to the whole fitting team and to Nyal for their hard work and professionalism.Everyone at Great Grass went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Great experience! Steve installed the artificial grass on my balcony and it's looking great. It's still early days, so it hasn't settled in yet, but I'm sure it's going to look excellent -- which is why I've already ordered it again for my second balcony. Recommended, A+++.

Another successful installation of quality lawn from Great Grass. The customer was very pleased.

We ordered our grass from Great Grass and installed it ourselves. We first ordered our samples from them which was presented very professionally in a folder. Once we had decided on the grass we wanted (30mm Natural Summer) the team were great at working out how was cheapest for us to do it and explained how we would have to do more joins; they then booked in our delivery. The grass came on time and the team were able to answer any questions we had during our installation. Thank you everyone and great grass!

I have just had my front and back lawns installed by Great Grass and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. The team was punctual, polite and expert at their job. I really could not have asked for more and at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all concerned.

Good quality grass and was delivered within 3-4 days of being ordered which is quite quick! Shipping is an extra £20 which I found a bit pricey but otherwise good value for money.

I am over the moon with my artificial grass. The quality is excellent and it was easy to lay. The customer service was brilliant and the delivery was on time.

I recently contacted great grass for a quote for my back garden, they came out very quickly to give me 1 and they supplied and fitted it; literally in days. They kept me informed and aware of the work that needs to be done and ensuring it was with my approval. Now back lawn is now envied by my neighbours. Instead of an embarrassing eyesore. I'm considering having the front lawn done by them as well soon, Thank you Great Grass Manchester.

Couldn't have been an easier bunch to work with, grass was installed less than a week from my initial inquiry. The product not only looks great but it's also high quality as the rain came down just after install and it's not waterlogged or squelchy at all. Can't recommend using Great Grass highly enough. Great Grass replaced our front and back lawns with artificial grass earlier this week. Excellent professional job carried out by Great Grasses workers who were polite, obliging and hard working. Unfortunately, the job was spoiled when our path and drive were left in a filthy state by driveway cleaners ‘Cooperming Softvg’, who were contracted by Great Grass to clean up after the job was finished. Hence because of the poor clean-up I have given only 3 stars for service, otherwise it would have been 5 stars all round.

Mike and the team provide professional advice and an efficient service. Ensuring the product reached us in good condition and on time.
