Stephen is a highly professional, on the ball, proactive lettings agent. He has dealt with a number of issues that needed to be fixed after a previous tenant had left my buy to let flat. He just gets on with things in a timely fashion and sends updates and photos of work needing to be done and photos of it when it has been done. He is efficient with sending paperwork and organising things. After finding me a new tenant, he is currently managing things for me as well which says it all. He has provided a great service.
