Cannot fault them at all. Were able to get the job done in a good time and nothing was to much trouble when the men arrived and there was a couple of discrepancies. The customer service is 2nd to none and the work was finished on time and to a high standard.

Five star performance from start to finish. Joe was an engaging technical salesman and knew his product It was an awful week for them to install as it rained for quite a lot of the time and yet despite the long journey to North London they managed to do everything on time. Hard-working and polite staff with excellent supervision very skilful magnificent product looks amazing and we are so pleased we went with classify would not fail to give them the highest recommendation to anyone that wants to ask.

Absolutely so pleased with our new lawn. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Lance so so professional with his help with the design, planning and advice. He was also very accommodating with our changes throughout the process. The fitting team led by Roman were brilliant and nothing was too much for them. They were punctional, clean, organised, and real experts keeping us up to date at every stage of the process. These guys are real hard workers and always had smiles on their faces. It was a real pleasure having them in our home. He guys even bought us a large water melon which they shared with our family! After assessing various competitors products, I went with Grassify, and decided ( with much experience in groundwork, but zero experience with artificial turf) to install it myself. I struggled with one of the joins, and as I was local, Jake kindly made time to pop round the same day to help me out, and ended up diverting one of his teams to my job to make sure it was done correctly. I work in the building industry, and to find a company with individuals who go far above and beyond the call of duty in this way is in my experience very unusual. I was very impressed. And of course the lawn looks perfect.

Great experience from start to end. On the initial sales call, Lance explained everything well and it was all installed a week later by three Grassify guys who were clean and efficient. They are not a franchise so I was much more confident of the quality. We're really pleased with the result.

We are absolutely delighted with our new front lawn. The service from Grassify was brilliant, especially the two guys who laid it. They went above and beyond for us. The quality is such that it actually doesn't look too fake. It looks so neat and pristine that I go out every day and pick up any odd leaves or feathers that appear! Can't wait for Autumn ? !

Jake and the team are really user-friendly, efficient and responsive. I got two other quotes before accepting Grassify, which were good value relative (esp vs one company) but also a high quality of "grass" (I had samples from 4 providers). Scott, Rhys and Romy installed and were friendly, punctual and tidy, and worked well as a team. All said, I would recommend the Grassify experience if installing artificial grass.

Had a back 26 foot long 15 foot wide garden turf lawn removed and artificial grass put in it's place so that my elderly dad does not have to mow the lawn anymore and it will look good all year round. The guys were really considerate and helpful in all the ways they could be and did a real perfectionist job of levelling the ground before laying and coping with having to park some distance from the house. Really neat finish on the grass and very well prepared underneath so that weeds will not be a problem. Feels lovely and cushion like underfoot too.

When looking for artificial grass installation in London there is a lot of choice, however Grassify came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The quote process was easily arranged and very straight-forward. The lead time to getting the work carried out was quick. The installation was expertly done. Would definitely recommend Grassify to others.

We had an area at the back of our garden where the grass never grew due to the 6 conifer trees which are there. The trees are a great help to us as it does stop my son's footballs going over to other peoples gardens but the area just looked dreadful. I found Grassify on line and the rest is history. A reasonable quote for the area, it was booked in and completed within a day. The team turned up on time, were very polite and made every effort to protect my hallway and kitchen due to the wheelbarrows coming through. They were great with my dog making sure he didn't go out the front door and cleaned up before they left so you would never have guessed they had brought so much sand, soil and branches through my house. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely recommend Grassify.

Jake and the team at Grassify were great. Quick, professional and we loved the finished result. We grassed our boring balcony and now spend more time out there just sitting on our placebo grass but without the hassle of maintaining a traditional garden. We couldn't be happier!
