This company has refused to give me a quote based on the fact that I dared to ask another company for their quote too to compare prices, service, customer care etc. Because it' s about the security of my home I was very careful to select the best possible provider NOT just based on the price but professionalism and reliability and customer service! I was called a TIME WASTER by somebody from this company who did not provide his name after exchanging several e-mails. They did not bother to introduce themselves from the start. I felt abused by their completely unprofessional e-mails accusing me of wasting their time. This is the rudest, most arrogant company I have ever come across. Very bad money grabbing attitude and they said that they will give me a quote as last in order to highlight that they are above any other business in the industry! I do not recommend to engage this company!
Response : We refused to quote on this person as they had no intention of actually purchasing an alarm system,just information gathering off as many companies as would put up with them,their grammar and semi literate grasp of the english language made communication almost impossible to the point where we refused to quote,hopefully some one can cater to their needs.
