I had Sam to remodel our front and back garden 5 years ago, I thought he did a great job at the time. Now I can confirm the quality of his work is indeed top notch, everything is in great shape and I had numerous compliment from other tradespersons I had working in our garden since. Recently, I discovered a couple of paving slabs had come loose, he came to fix them free of charge after all these times. That's GOOD customer service!

I hired Grand outdoors for a relatevily big job. 95% of it was done on time and I paid my invoice in full. However the last 5% was not, I contacted Grand Outdoors several times and each time I was given a date to sort what is left however no one came and no one even bothered to contact me and let me know they are not going to make it. I gave up on it now. I wish I did not pay my invoice until the job was completely done. I was so impressed with the work but the awful service made me completely change my mind, how unfortunate. Edit: Reply to "Grand Outdoors"Hi Sam,I do not need the extra turf. I need the timber edges sanded and the shed nails secured, both of which I paid for. Thanks.

Grand Outdoors have done a great job on my garden and fencing, and I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his team. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire project. Thank you Sam.

Sam and his team cleaned and removed all the weeds from our block paving driveway, resanded the joints and then treated it with sealant. They did a great job. Later when some weeds returned Sam immediately arranged to come back and recleaned and resealed the whole drive without any quibble. The guys are very personable, always on time and prompt to reply to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

I am most impressed with the work carried out by Sam of Grand Outdoors the standard he performs to is exceptionally high and very professional. During the whole project I was informed of each stage and he kept me up to date of the works being carried out at all times and of any additional requirements needed. The quality of the work from design through to completion was outstanding. At all times during the project there was minimal disruption and Sam done his best to keep everything neat and tidy. I know Sam worked very hard as he had to do everything manually due to the size of the access route not allowing any diggers or plant. The garden now looks fantastic and I am so pleased with the final result, friends and family have also commented on how amazing it looks! I would highly recommend Grand Outdoors to anyone thinking of having their garden landscaped or fencing replaced. Sam thank you for all that you done on the garden and for all of your hard work, the efforts you put into it were very impressive and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for you. Really happy with the job Sam and Mike did… they discussed and worked with me to find the best solutions for the various jobs (paving, fencing and turfing), and were always helpful, informed and flexible in their approach. The guys are very friendly and hardworking, and produce high quality results. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Had about 180 ft rear fencing and 24ft front fence done by grand outdoors. Concrete posts and gravel boards. The job went perfectly, nothing was too much trouble, and it looks perfect. Fixed price agreed and stuck to. All waste removed. Communication was also very good. Thanks guys (and Magda).

We bought a new build that had been left by the considerate builders as "level", we asked Sam to come and give us a quote for making it actually level, laying turf, decking, a ptio area, some path and a retaining wall, all in all a pretty substantial job. To complicate things we needed the work complete in what became the wettest June in years. The work was complet on time on budget and was just what we wanted. Regretfully I dont have a picture to hand BUT I cant praise these guys enough, they worked hard in weather that you would expect to see an ark in, and the graden looks great at the end. If you use them and you explain exactly what you want, you will get excatly that. I would use them again.

We have a fifteen-year-old patio which was much neglected with broken pointing, lots of weeds and really filthy slabs. We asked Grand Outdoors to restore it to its former glory. They pressure washed it to a really high standard (far better than could be achieved with a cheap washer, in my opinion), removed all the loose cement and re-pointed/finished. There was a choice of sand/cement or resin and we plumped for the latter, which is a little more expensive but should wear better. The work was done really thoroughly and we’re really pleased with the results; bearing in mind how old the patio is, it really does look almost brand new. The communication with respect to times/dates etc. Was really great too. Thank you!

Sam pressure cleaned and sealed our front drive and patio areas. We were very pleased with the final result. Later some white patches arose due to dampness beneath the sealer and he came back again to treat them. His communication is excellent, he always turns up when he says he will or lets you know if something changes. I would recommend him.

We contracted Sam to renovate our front patio and back garden. Sam and his team was hard-working, polite and conscientious. I'm particularly impressed with his attention to detail which is second to none, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a result, he has produced work of the highest standard. I approached Sam about a reasonably big task of clearing, levelling and turfing a piece of garden. From start to finish, Sam was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He completed the work as agreed, and I am very happy with the job he did. Sam is also doing more work for me on an on-going basis.
