We got a quote from Goodwin Electrical originally to do some upgrade work in the house, however when Bill came to quote for us he quickly informed us of the necessary ground work required (a new consumer unit). This meant restructuring our project timescales. During this discussion Bill was very helpful and enabled us to split out the work according to our budget. Our house is now electric safe thanks to the team which is a great weight off my mind, and I look forward to getting the team back in for the next stage of our home improvements.

As usual we have had excellent service from Bill at Goodwin electrical, who has replaced lighting at my mother's home. She has Alzheimer's and Bill was very sensitive to this issue, working around her and being sensitive to her needs. We intend to ask Bill to do more work at her home to ensure that it is safe for her.

I needed a small job doing to replace a broken light fitting. Very efficient and professional from start to finish, would definitely recommend. He responded immediately and came out the next day, which was bank holiday Monday, to provide a detailed quote. The work was then carried out on the following day. Bill and Ryan helped us out at very short notice when we were backed into a corner by our home buyers to complete an electrical inspection prior to exchange. Ryan arrived to complete this and ended up spending most of the day with us to complete some essential additional work. Ryan was friendly, polite professional and clearly very skilled in his trade. Great, friendly service. Bill installed a new induction hob for me. He popped the old one out, installed the new one and made sure it worked. He even brought a jigsaw just in case the fit wasn't right and he gave me advice on who to contact about Green Dealer boilers. I'll definitely call Goodwin again!

I have just had the first phase of some electrical work done by Goodwin Electrical. This included security lights front and back, addition of new sockets, repositioning of sockets and some preparation for phase two. This involved the taking up of floorboards, crawling about in small loft spaces and sorting out some previous wiring issues. Bill's work is very neat and tidy and his experience was obvious in the way he quickly sorted the problems. I can be fussy and in the past I have been known not to use people again if I haven't been impressed by their work or attitude, but I will definitely be asking Bill back for phase 2.

Good quick response. Tried others and had limited and no response to request for an engineer to repair a fault on a solar panel installation.
