Her expertise in the subject matter was evident, and she engaged everyone with interactive sessions that kept us all actively participating. Mary was patient, answering all our questions thoroughly and ensuring that each team member understood the material. The feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how valuable and insightful they found the training. We are already seeing improvements in our workflow and are confident that the skills we have gained will greatly benefit our projects. Good Skills have ran a Bespoke First Aid Course based on Electrical Requirements, Very Flexible, good Teaching Skills.

Fire Marshal and fire extinguisher training was fantastic, the trainer used a lot of interactive exercises which everyone found far more engaging than 'the death by PowerPoint' sessions we've had previously and everyone on the course commented on how much they enjoyed it and found it interesting.

Attended a two day Paediatric First Aid course. The course was well delivered and explained thoroughly. The course was very relaxed and everyone was made to feel. We had 12 Staff members attend the First Aid Course, everyone of the Staff members said the Trainer took time with them, made sure they understood everything being explained, went into great detail with them but made them all feel very relaxed, they felt this was one of the best Trainers we have had for First Aid Courses, all commented how professional he was but friendly.

Really useful and surprisingly fun course! Exactly what we were looking for. Its just a case of us now familiarising ourselves with the Defibrillator and then we can get on with running our own training sessions.
