Used the services of Gold Fish Removals and cannot fault them at all. On time, polite, excellent price and nothing was to much trouble. If your looking for removals you definitely need look no further.

Super efficient movers. Excellent customer service both on the removal day and with the office staff in the run up. Turned up on time, loaded everything surprisingly quickly. On arrival at our new place the unloading was smooth and professional. Not a single breakage, no damage to walls at either end and various bits of furniture put back together faster than I thought possible. Can highly recommend. Gabrielle Burnie.

Very professional throughout the whole process. Loaded up the contents of a 3 bedroom house in two hours and unloaded in approximately the same time. They were very friendly and repeatedly checked where items were going. In addition they were very competitively price so I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Gary and the team were very efficient with our move, arriving a day before completion loading the majority of our belongings and then coming back first thing in the morning to collect essentials. The team checked several times with me to ensure they had everything we wanted them to take. As it was a long distance move, the team arrived at the house at 10:30am, unfortunately the completion didn't take place until 3:30pm but the team were able to unload the garden furniture whilst waiting. All in all, a very good job done and the team were happy to move any items which we had decided would be better placed elsewhere. Took about 4 hours to load up the day before in a 3 bed 3 storey house with tricky stairs and tight corners with a garden room (at an end of a long garden) and a final hour the morning of the move and about 2 hours to unload to a 4 bed 2 storey house. 1 or 2 glasses broken but probably more as a result of our packing than anything else, and to be honest I had expected some causalities so probably got off lightly. Excellent value for money, wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Goldfish have now moved us three times over the last few years and every time they have been exceptional even when the temperature was 32C and a three storey house! Gary runs his team efficiently and calmly and makes what could be a very stressful event, not so bad after all :) We would highly recommend and wish the team continued success.

Goldfish removals were fantastic from the time they came to the house, right until they left. The service is the best I have had and I’ve moved 6 times in the last 4 years.

I had a 3 bed Victorian house that I'd lived in for over 30 years. With a family as well there was an awful lot of stuff to be moved, and the move was from west of London to Devon. It was complicated by issues that the solicitors were trying to resolve so I had to move out before I could move in to the new property. Goldfish were able to accommodate this and when it came time to move, were prompt, friendly and professional. Gary and his team were also great guys and would share a joke, but at the same time got on with the job in hand. I was very impressed with the speed with which they packed everything and the time it took before they left the property (both ends). If I ever have to move again (which I sincerely hope I won't), I will certainly contact Goldfish again.

The blokes that done the removals I can’t fault however a few items never made it to my house, the old house was empty when we left which means it was put on the lorry, however it never made it to my house, I contacted them to which they denied ever having these items only it had to have been put on the lorry in the first place, there were some very expensive items that are now missing and haven’t been found since, I’ve contacted the company to which I kept getting it wasn’t on the lorry after the load was dropped off. I have contacted the company numerous times and was told every time they never had them, yet the old house was empty and the new one was unpacked and still not found. I have found that they can’t be bothered to sort an issue out and I have had nothing in place of the missing items which will now cost me money. These were a present given to me along with loads of items that were also missing. I have found that once they have done the delivery they can’t be bothered with sorting out the problems after and eventually just stop all contact with you. I wouldn’t recommend them because if items are missing they won’t replace. I HAVE LOOKED AT THE OLD PROPERTY AND THE PROPERTY THAT YOU MOVED US TO THESE ITEMS ARENT ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE WE KNOW THIS BECAUSE WE HAVE SINCE MOVED AND YOU CANT JUST MISS A BOACK DUSTBIN THAT WOULD BE HEAVY DUE TO THE ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE BIN. YES YOU CONTACTED ME A FEW TIMES BUT MANY TIMES I WAS TOLD BY MARY OVER THE PHONE ID GET A CALL BACK REGARDING THIS AND NEVER DID PLUS EVERY EMAIL SAID THE ITEMS WERENT THERE, THEY WERE OOADED ON THE LORRY BUT NEVER MADE IT TO THE HOUSE.

Great service from everyone we dealt with. All staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing speed and skill meant that packing/ moving was as painless as could be imagined. Amazing service!

Goldfish moved us from Aldershot to Nottinghamshire with minimal fuss. The Guys turned up and before you knew it, bang wallop, the house was emptied and they were on their way. Fantastic job, minimal fuss with a very professional attitude! Definitely recommend them, brilliant job well executed!

The guys turned up when they said and despite the most horrendous of weather had us re-located the next day. This was a difficult move as entrance in basement and to get to 1st. Floor meant carrying everything up 4 flights of stairs. The Chaps did an amazing job. Would recommend them to anybody with a move pending.
