First time using Gold Traders to sell my gold and I wasn’t disappointed. Posted on Monday, paid on Wednesday, and a great price quoted and paid. Couldn’t be happier - great customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish and super fast turnaround. Actually got more than quoted as gold prices rose throughout the week.

Went in to sell small amount of gold and silver scrap. Steve was very friendly, extremely helpful and reassuringly professional. Shopped around a bit and found Gold Traders. Spoke on the phone and very honest, visited the Royal Wootton Bassett branch and very helpful and friendly. Gave me the best price by far which was over 10% higher than a local jeweller.

My experience with Gold Traders was outstanding. Smooth, honest and trouble-free. The price shown on their website on the day they receive your gold is the price you get (and higher than everywhere else I tried). No hidden fees etc. They are thorough, efficent and trust-worthy. A necklace I thought was 9ct gold turned out to be 21ct and they paid accordingly. I sent my gold on the Monday and had the funds in my bank account by the end of Tuesday. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

STUNNING PERFECTION ! Posted Special Delivery Saturday. I received a text 9. 30am Monday to say it had arrived. 12pm showing as processed and awaiting payment. 5pm money in my account ! Fast payment and excellent communication Honestly could not be bettered.

Fast professional service, very happy with the speed and efficiency of the service. My only issue was the amount of commission taken but hey they also need to pay staff and overheads!
