Very easy transaction from start to finish, very quick to action and plenty of updates, seemed honest as well as I sent 11gr and they weighed it in at 11. 4gr. Posted at 16:00 yesterday 16th and money in my account by 16:30 today. Very Pleased.

My experience with Gold Traders was outstanding. Smooth, honest and trouble-free. The price shown on their website on the day they receive your gold is the price you get (and higher than everywhere else I tried). No hidden fees etc. They are thorough, efficent and trust-worthy. A necklace I thought was 9ct gold turned out to be 21ct and they paid accordingly. I sent my gold on the Monday and had the funds in my bank account by the end of Tuesday. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Superb service and the best spot price on gold by a mile. I have used them three times for jewellery I have inherited and wouldn’t wear, I slightly under-weighed the last pieces in error and they paid out more than we had agreed a price on. Fantastic company all round, I posted my pieces Special delivery to them on Wednesday and money in the bank on Thursday afternoon - what’s not to like?

I was really worried about using a gold for cash site as I had read some terrible reviews online. So I decided to only send a little of the good and silver I wanted to sell, just to be on the safe side. Well I was absolutely shocked to be kept informed of every process. They received my gold the next day of posting they told me that they had received my package. Then I was told it was being checked and weighed. Then within an hour or so they told me a price which was only £8 under my original offer. Then before 5pm the money was in my account. It was so easy and went exactly how they said it would be on their website. Now I am sending the rest of the gold I wanted to sell but held back just in case. A word of advice just make sure you check the hallmarks and weigh on a good digital scale. It may not be exact but it will give you a bit of knowledge about what you are sending and a rough idea of how much to expect. Seen promptly and my coins and other artifacts were valued with full transparency. I was given a 30 minute window for the bank transfer to be completed later that day and the money hit my account 15 minutes into that window. It was a big decision to sell these items as they have been in the family for over 100 years, but the selling process was pain and hassle free. Very happy to use this company again.
