I did lots of research and this company was pretty transparent on what you would get for jewellery sent in. I had a good idea on the value of most of my gold by weight from valuations and some items of which I had some idea. They came back with the correct value as per their website quote and few item were a bit more for gold with I had undervalued. Communications was excellent and we were paid as soon as we accepted the quote. Do not be fooled by other companies which send fancy prepaid envelopes and folders with promises of the highest prices yet they will not give guide quotes on the website. This company is worthy of its reviews and we were totally satisfied with the outcome.

Submitted a claim on Friday, posted items on Saturday and money was in my bank by the end of Monday. I received way more than I expected, and 25% more than my original quote.
