Went into Gold Traders today to sell some Jewellery. Process was very straight forward and gentleman was very helpful, would use them again.

Can highly recommend this company. The initial valuation process was quick and simple and I was really pleased with the initial quote. I sent my jewellery in the following day and received confirmation of receipt the day after. Within a few hours of the receipt email, I had sent in some other bits of jewellery that I wasn’t sure about in terms of the purity etc. Within a few hours I received an updated quote that included the other items and was offered an additional £400 on the original quote! I accepted the revised offer and received payment the following day, so the whole process took less than 3 days. I’m really happy with the service and have already recommended them to others. Thank you Gold Traders for an A1 experience.

Excellent quick easy service. I’d actually underestimated the value of the items when I completed the claim form. They rectified this and paid more. From posting the items, in less than 24 hours, I received payment. I am really impressed with the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

A******* I had a couple of rings which I honestly didnt think were much value, but the valuation and payment I received was a big surprise, in a good way. The process was completely stress free, very professional, and I even asked for advice about other items I didn't want to sell but wanted to have valued, and even though they did not directly do this they signposted me to an auction house which could help. From the day they received the items in the post to the time the money was in my bank was just under 48hrs. I honestly can not recommend them enough. A professional, friendly knowledgeable service. Can 100% recommend Gold Traders. Did a bit of research on Google for somewhere to sell my gold after recieving a very low offer from a local shop and Gold Traders looked to be the best. After checking the reviews, I decided to go with them. They also quoted me a good price for my gold (more than double than what my local shop had quoted). I sent my gold off by special delivery at 5pm on Wednesday afternoon and at 9:30 the next morning, I had an email from them to say they had received it. I then had another email at about 3pm with the final offer (slightly higher than they had quoted due to an increase in the price of gold) I accepted the offer and the money was in my account by 5pm. Brilliant service, no complaints at all and would definitely use them again.
