She is efficient, thorough and highly knowledgeable regarding both CIS and VAT which are the 2 main areas where she assists our company, Taylen Developments Ltd. Val has been our bookkeeper since 2008. She is absolutely fabulous, nothing is too much trouble, she is kind and considerate and unbelievably patient. She will help with all aspects of business financial management, and always finds a solution. She uses sage and applies technology to save time and is happy to explore new options. During the pandemic she was a real help and support during a very testing year. She is definitely a very important member of our team.

Valerie and her team look after all our books, payments and wages. They setup a dedicated email for our business so that all suppliers can send invoices and statements directly to them, this allows us to spend our time running the business. The team are approachable, knowledgeable and reliable and Valerie will respond out of hours if she happens to see an email I've sent, even when I have stated it's a tomorrow thing in the subject line.
