DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent me the wrong item and keep on insisting that the correct item had been sent, when it clearly had not been. When I tried to cancel through their cancellation policy, I was told I would not get any refund, as the correct item had been sent and round it went. They do not adhere to the Distant Selling Regulations nor any other consumer protection legislation. Put simply not to be trusted. I say again DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY.

Ordered goods to the value of £33. 97. Had email to congratulate me on redeeming my voucher and asked for delivery payment of £5. 99. Goods never received. Go Groupie responded to my first email saying that maybe I hadn’t redeemed my voucher. I had. Have asked for a refund. No response. Don’t order anything from these robbers. Should be thankful I’ve only lost £33 and not £330. Lesson learned. Will be more careful in future.

I made an order in error and then tried to submit a refund/cancellation request; GoGroopie confirms purchases but they do not confirm receipt of cancellation or refund requests; there are no contact details i. E. Phone numbers or email addresses to reach them on; I found an 0203 number and that is recorded message directing the caller to their useless website. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY - IT'S A FRAUD. The goods are second rate and they generally are tricking you into thinking that you are purchasing a quality product like 'Ring' but all their products are cheap 'lookalikes'. .

Be very aware of this site. I ordered goods totalling £450 several weeks ago. So far nothing has arrived but they have taken the money from my account. - Visa does not want to know and neither does my bank. So I am £450 out pocket. You have been warned! Please tell all your friends about this scam. If a thing seems too good to be true then it probably is.

3weeks now and no pc. Told 7days on voucher from redemption for delivery. 10days sent an email asking where pc was, got a reply should be with you by 14th Aug,10 days from voucher redemption, 22nd Aug now, and still no PC or offer of refund. No email apologising for late delivery. Can't contact them by phone. No tracking number. No confirmation of goods having been shipped yet. Will be talking to trading standards on monday. Do not buy from this site.

Order not received despite voucher stating 5 working days. Placed on 1 October. 2 messages sent on customer contact page and no reply. Phone no. Above is not working. No delivery tracking or information sent. I have now seen many negative reviews on a number of sites and wish I had looked before I ordered. I intend to approach trading standards about this company.

Bought a 7 day holiday to Croatia for my wife and myself. When the voucher came through we had to arrange it all through a company called Bargain Late Holidays (a trading arm of Jetline Travel Ltd). Unfortunately the flight was with Monarch airlines but we had an ATOL certificate which meant we were covered, or so I thought. Bargain Late Holidays have refunded the flight but have told us we have to obtain a refund from Gogroopie for the accommodation (the largest element of the cost). Despite loads of emails no reply has been received and nobody answers the phone. Absolute rubbish, do not touch these people with a barge pole!

I ordered toilet rolls and kitchen tissues but after 6 weeks they never arrived. They are now asking for more money off me to place the order voucher that I had already submitted. This is for p and p that I have missed out on. They will not refund my money as a 14 day period has lapsed. Strange when they said the order would not be sent within a month. This is all a sting so avoid them. I have got pay pal on the case and WILL bring the press onboard to expose these con merchants.

I ordered some earings on the 11th Nov 2015. Never arrived despite chasing GG several times. Contacted Go Groopie again on 2nd December asking for a refund and they assured me I would get this within 7 to 14 days. Chased this several times - still no refund. Last night 6th Jan 2016 I spoke to Pay Pal and they escalated this. The response I got from GG was unbelievable:'Thank you for contacting Go Groopie. The merchant contacted us and confirmed that the order was dispatched and should have been with you, therefore we the refund was undone. As you have confirmed you did not receive the order, I have re issued the refund. Please be advised this can take up to 7-14 days to reach you. Apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused. What an absolute disgrace company I order a LED shower head early October but after 30 emails and going to such said company that doesn't even exsit threats to go to watchdog which I have now done I still have had nothing in reply or even goods I will never shop through these again goodness knows how much money they have now taken from unsuspecting people this company is fake. I work in a company that employs thousands and I have spread the word hopefully now others wont be fooled by this FAKE COMPANY.

After purchasing vouchers for goods worth 458 pounds I was informed by my son and nephew that their preferred Christmas present choice had changed. As it was well within the statutory 14 days I completed the online form (twice - once for each of two vouchers) with the required details. I expected to receive an email confirmation but have heard nothing. I have emailed the company (again via their online form as this is the only method) and will call the supplied number tomorrow. I have also drafted a letter to my bank asking them to refund me my money under the chargeback scheme.

Very poor customer care. Ordered a camera 02/10/2015 after 2 weeks not delivered asked for update no reply so started procedure with Papal for refund, GG then responded persuading me to withdraw PayPal claim as supplier will deliver within a few days after another 2 weeks still not delivered. Contacted GG again they said would contact supplier. I asked for refund but GG insisted on asking supplier again. I looked into feedback for supplier "Eblacksquare" they have bad feedback. After a few days GG agreed to refund but will take 14 days, WHY SO LONG? Still waiting despite several emails. Also GG has vast inflated "Original Prices" on their offers. 20 November. Refund received, however, the GoGroopie system is that they will not refund until their suppler has refunded Go Groopie. This is illegal! As the supplier is Go Groopie they were paid for the item not the end supplier. Still complained to trading standards and appears they are well known!Moreexpand_more

I paid money for vouchers and for goods to purchase two items niether of which have been delivered, when contacted Go Groupie say the same thing every time, wait that they have contacted the supplier on MY behalf and to wait seven days, then if the goods have not been delivered to contact them again. They also say that the supply of goods is not their responsability, and that they are contacting the supplier on MY behalf,. I ordered the goods form Go Groupie they took my money they have the responsability to provide the goods or a full refund for none supplied goods and vouchers. Is this a SKAM?

Really awful service! Paid for products - touché eclait foundation and 7 weeks later no surprise it's not here. Been emailing for a refund but they have been palming me off no surprise there. Talking a whole heap or rubbish about wait 5 more days, wait now 7 more days for merchant to confirm they tried to dispatch goods blah blah blah! Had enough and now forcing a chargeback through my credit card company on the grounds of goods not received and the company being fraudulent! I am definitely going to report them to trading standards also because this is horrendous! Their emails are few and far between and people do not respond with a solution! The lastest email was a refund will be with you 7-14 days however we need to confirm with the merchant that the goods were sent out 3 weeks ago, even though by this point it's been 7 weeks since I placed the order and it was supposed to arrive 4 weeks ago anyway! I kept email but realisation has set in they they are just fraudsters and again are avoiding processing my refund.If anyone is experiencing issues with them get credit card company to do a chargeback, you will get your money back regardless so I told them to stick it and I'm getting my money back regardless of them actioning the refund. Never ever use them.Plus seems convenient that the 'good' feedback left here cannot be verified and has those little yellow symbols - clearly employees trying to post some positive feedback to scam more unsuspecting people!Moreexpand_more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a voucher for razor blades at the start of the year and then paid what I thought at the time to be a vastly over-priced P&P, however I figured this was just a way for the vendor to make a few extra pounds so went with it. Over a month and no delivery of the product. I tried to contact the vendor directly but needless to say despite many emails and hours trying to get through I got no response. I contacted GoGroopie and managed to speak to someone (a miracle I have not managed since despite being on their phone line supposedly in a queue for cumulatively a number of hours). I was told I would receive a refund which I would see within 5-7 days and would get a follow up email to confirm the conversation as they were aware of the issues with the vendor. Neither the email nor refund have been received and its been well over a month. I have tried to message the company many times since, hanging on their phone line, submitting my issues online, but nothing. This company is clearly a scam - DO NOT USE THEM!As I was writing this I spoke to the company who told me my refund had been pending since the 6th March but had not gone through (no reason was given though). I have been promised I will receive my refund by Friday (I won't hold my breath!) however I have to go to PayPal to get a refund for the C.£5 P&P from the company who provided the product as they are unable to get hold of them. They should be vetting all companies they work with thoroughly and frankly should be handling the P&P for all vendors so that they can issue a full refund when they fail (as so many have found they do) in getting what you have paid for. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE GoGroope - imagine you had paid hundreds of pounds for one of their holiday breaks and this happened!Moreexpand_more

I ordered three items; a wrist watch, jewelry and headphones…. It's been three weeks and they are no where to be found and I have emailed to no avail …thank you gogroopie for this as I will never use or let anyone I come in contact with use your business. How can you take people's money and not deliver their goods? That is simply theft, pls send my goods because I spent a lot of money…. I never wanted to write a review but I am sincerely annoyed….

I purchased an Eco Dehumidifier through GoGroopie back in January. I paid through PayPal and immediately noticed that I had been charged both the discounted price and also the full price. I contacted both GoGroopie and PayPal immediately to make them aware of this but both payments still went through. I have been trying since then to get the full price (28. 98) refunded to my PayPal account without success. I have received the item. I've sent numerous emails to GoGroopie but cannot get a clear response to my specific complaint. How could I possibly say I've had value for money when I've paid twice for the one item? - and cannot get any help from their so-called "Customer Support.Moreexpand_more
