Go Green Leasing

Had the pleasure of being a first time leaser with Go Green and things couldn't have been better. After being talked through the leasing scenario I chose the car and spec I wanted and it was delivered, as promised, on the day stated. I do hope the car runs as smoothly as my dealings with the admin team at Go Green!

Eddie and the team at Go Green are great. Always quick in replying to any questions and acted in a professional but friendly manner at all times. My car was delayed by about a month but I was kept up to date by Go Green at all times. I would consider using Go Green again for my next car.

Mark and Jane at GoGreen were "on the ball" from the start. The process was easy, the car was delivered on time. All in all, a great company to deal with and will not hesitate to refer friends/family and use again myself.

I have to say after having some not so good experience with other companies Eddie and the team at go green leasing were excellent. Everything was clearly communicated via email and the car came exactly as described with no hassle regarding payment dates etc. I got an amazing deal on the 4 series :). To top it off the car was ready to be delivered around a month earlier than the date given which we were in a position to happily accept.

Thanks to Mark from GoGreen for explaining how personal leasing works, for sourcing the car and organising finance so that I could take delivery of my smart new BMW 335d. As this was the first time that I was entering into the Personal Lease Contract market, I was somewhat nervous. However, once Mark had spelled the 'In and Outs' of the deal and promised that I would not have to pay anything until I had received the exact car, in new condition, I was able to relax and look forward to the arrival. Applying for finance was all taken care of by Go-Green and confirmed within 24 hours, all the signatures were done electronically making the transaction extremely smooth. Mark confirmed the next day that the BMW had been ordered to the specification with added extras that I had requested, confirming the agreed payment quoted on my first point of contact and gave me a delivery date. I received regular reminders from Denise during the interim until she called a couple of weeks prior to delivery with registration details for insurance purposes and to ask for a delivery time on the set day. The car arrived at my home address first thing on the day of delivery in pristine condition on the back of a transporter - what more can you ask for? One little thing that I didn't realise, was that at this stage, Go-Green don't have anything more to do with you during the contract. Any problems or Maintenance package issues are dealt with by the Finance company - this was not pointed out to me before and I never received any paperwork or contact details on delivery of the car. I have since been in contact with the Finance Company ( Hitachi Finance in this incidence ) and they seem to be very organised and offer plenty help. Car is brilliant and was an excellent price, on the other hand, The customer service I received at first was fine but as soon as I signed papers to lease the car then I hardly heard from anyone. I sent loads of emails chasing up when I would be getting the car. Then delivery dates being changed and when the car did finally arrive it was very late.

Go Green we're helpful, providing a number of quotes and we're very efficient in dealing with my enquiry. I will definitely be using them next time.

Service from order team was good, very efficient. Delivery service poor, guy who delivered the car only cared about how bad his day was due to delays in picking up my car that morning, how bad the traffic was and how much time it was going to take to get home that evening. Most of the time with me was spent complaining. Car was also very dirty as it had apparently been sitting in a yard for weeks and had no cleaning before delivery to me. Not the service I expected having ordered a Mercedes.

This was the easiest way you will ever get a car. The service from Eddie and his team was second to none. The price was without doubt the best too. They guided me every step of the way. I never once felt under pressure and felt they really did give me the best deal available. The car itself was delivered a week early. The car was dropped of at my work by a very professional man from Nissan in great condition. Top company and staff. Thanks.
