Glen Jakes Riding School is a family run business, the friendly relaxed atmosphere makes riders feel at ease, whilst their qualified helpful staff provide educational, informative, fun riding lessons for all. Glen Jakes offer a wide range of activities to suit all ages from 4 years upwards and all abilities from complete beginners to advanced level. They have established an outstanding reputation since 1990.Glen Jakes Riding School provide a high standard of tuition on well mannered horses and ponies, because safety is paramount. Hat hire is available at no extra cost (if required). No other specific riding equipment is needed to ride at Glen Jakes.
Glen Jakes provide a wide range of activities. Everyone is welcome to go and view their facilities and watch riding lessons in progress from their heated coffee shop / viewing area.
With a team that includes 6 experienced staff members, Glen Jakes Riding School has a professional team, qualified to a high standard.

Fantasric Party. I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Glen Jakes for the fantastic 9th birthday party my 2 girls have just had, they have had allsorts of different parties over the years but I must say this was by far the best. Great for all ages… Our 4year old son and myself joined in…. We had a ball. Lovely place, great staff …. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been riding here for many years and have never had any problems. The horses provide challenges and enjoyment that help you to continue learning and developing. There is something for everyone to do, for the parents on the cold winter evenings there is even a heated viewing area. Go ahead and try it for yourself.
