I bought a kitchen from Howdens Joinery and GLD Joinery were recommended to fit it, from the beginning Guy was available for questions, during the 1st and 2nd fix Guy dealt with all the other trades that were needed, I didn’t need to worry about anything, he checked in all the time letting me know what was happening and making sure I was happy with the way things were going, he made it so easy and stress free, his charge was so reasonable and well worth it, his aftercare has been 2nd to none, he saved my husbands life after a scraping incident! Would DEFINITELY recommend him, outstanding!

The second time I’ve had Guy to do some work for me and he did not disappoint, the first time he fitted new doors through my house and this time my new Kitchen, he’s professional, reliable and goes above and beyond!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy to anyone. Turned up on time for the quotation, kept in touch and gave polite reminder when he was due to commence the work. Helped us out on our required door fittings and even sourced them for us. Here for two days during the heat wave, never stopped working. Left the place hoovered and waste all tidied away. Will definitely use again.

Guy fitted a new kitchen in January 2026 and we couldn't be happier. Guy and his team were amazing. Guy organised everything, we didn't have to worry about anything. He asked us how we wanted things doing if he was unsure. He was always pleasant and willing to listen to our wishes. This is the second time we have used Guy, the first time he fitted us a new bannister and handrail, again his work was excellent. His work and that of his team is some of the best I've come across so if you are fussy and want things done right then you won't go far wrong with Guy and his team.

Guy and team fitted us a brand new kitchen. Kept us updated along the way with any issues and these were promptly resolved. Perfectly matches the designs that were drawn up by Howdens. Guy and his team has high attention to detail and nothing was missed. Very pleased with the new kitchen and a really friendly experience.

Guy and his team did a full kitchen renovation for us, completed to a very high standard. He kept us calm and informed throughout the project, and dealt with all the unexpected issues (rotting joists etc) along the way. Guy is great at what he does and is an absolute pleasure to work with, always responded very promptly to our queries when leading up to the job. Would absolutely recommend for any project!

I spend my professional life dealing with suppliers so I know a good one when I see one. Did a small job for us fitting a door to a new integrated dishwasher. When arrived quickly fitted the door making sure it perfectly fitted everything around it and even made a few adjustments to other doors to make everything perfect (as well and making some tweaks to the dishwasher as well). Certainly would highly recommend these guys, they were brilliant and would certainly not hesitate to use them again (they will be the first people we call).

Had Guy install my fitted wardrobes. Could not be happier. Done to an extremely high standard and great value for money. Very professional and will be definitely using GLD joinery again. Highly recommend.
