Neil responded to my request promptly and staff member attended as arranged. The advantage of choosing this company was that we were quoted a price per hour - £30 - and this meant I was able to direct cleaning where it was most needed. Staff member worked hard and I was happy with the standard of her work.

We had paid for an End of Tenancy cleaning. 10 minutes before agreed arrival, we were told it was not going to happen. We've been fighting ever since to get our money back. After 2 promises to refund us, contact stopped, office number unreachable.

Disappointing. Having booked this service for an End of Tenancy clean, I was rescheduled at short notice, with the date being pushed back over a week to just before move out. When they did arrive was told that having to do the oven would incur an extra charge, despite this not being itemised on their website. Post cleaning, a check out report for the Letting Agency found multiple deficiencies with the cleaning and I was fined a cleaning fee from them, taken off my deposit. Of note the oven was still grease stained and light fittings dusty.

This review is specifically for Kelly- she is a miracle worker! I just got home, and my apartment looks better than the day I moved in! About a month after moving in, I had somehow accumulated dustballs the size of my fist. My trash and refrigerator were overflowing… I was almost embarrassed to call a cleaner to fix it all for me. But when Kelly showed up (perfectly on time) she was agreeable and enthusiastic. After I left for work, she kept me updated via text and asked me clarifying questions when she wasn't sure what I wanted. Looking around my rooms now, her attention to detail really shows. She went above and beyond what I expected -- getting the dust out of every corner, washing my dishes, re-fluffing my couch cushions, and somehow making my old grubby floors look shiny again! Past cleaners I've used have done about 85% of what I wanted, which is almost more frustrating than not using a cleaner at all. On the flip side, Kelly's work is like 110%. Booking online with them was very easy and customizable, and when they followed up to confirm via text, I communicated with an actual person (not just an automated reminder system). Their service is amazing at a reasonable price! They have strict rules to really make sure that the customer is satisfied. For instance, they can't just leave if the customer is not satisfied. Amazing service! They really know what they are doing and this is not a regular house keeping service at a mediocre hotel. Now my apartment is really well taken care of! While I first thought I was going to use their service for only once as I moved into my new incredibly filthy home in Glasgow and it needed some serious cleaning, I have changed my mind after seeing what they have done! I will definitely use their service again.

A friend of mine referred me to them a couple months ago, but they were fully booked and had a wait list. I recently submitted a second inquiry and was able to successfully book a cleaning appointment with one of their cleaners (great branding, IMO)! The booking process was very easy. I sent an inquiry via their website and received a response in less than 30 minutes. The owners provided a very detailed email about their services and how to best prepare for a cleaning. Kelly was my cleaner and she was phenomenal! She arrived early and asked if there were any areas she should focus on. She was so thorough with the entire apartment. The bathroom, kitchen (stove/sink/counters/microwave) were all spotless! The floors and area rug were left looking brand new. She even remade my bed! She was very careful with the liquor cabinet and all of the fragile glasses and she did a great job dusting the dozen+ picture frames that I have around the apartment. Payment was done via Venmo and you can Venmo the tip after you inspect the apartment. The whole process was so simple that I've signed up for their monthly recurring cleaning service! I was let down by another cleaning company last minute, I called Kelly at Glasgow Cleaning Services who manages to fit me in to her already very busy day. The clean was up to the highest standard better than what I was expecting. The cleaners were very profesional, polite and were just happy to help me in my stressful situation. I managed to get my deposit back without any hassles. Thank you so much again for everything ladies. Keep up the good work.

Cleaners came round to sort out a longish list of stuff,. Extremely friendly and efficient, both leading up to and during the visit, and I cannot recommend them enough. Rates are very reasonable, and I will definitely use again.
