Genesis Lifts was founded in 2000 to meet the growing demand for quality, skilled engineers within the lift industry. Our head office is situated in Norwich, Norfolk however our reach extends throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and the surrounding areas including Peterborough.

The Company expanded in 2004 by opening a branch office in Cambridge to provide more focused coverage for customers in the Western section of the East Anglia area. Genesis Lifts is built around two directors who between them have over eighty years of continuous experience in the lift industry and a close team of knowledgeable and professional engineers and support staff. We include the provision of a 24/7 emergency call-out service to our customers, even with the standard service contract.
