GEM Air Quality Ltd are independent air quality consultants, specialising in Air Quality Assessments for planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Statements (ES) across the United Kingdom.

GEM Air Quality Ltd undertakes air quality assessments for a wide range of developments, including Environmental Impact Assessments for proposed residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial developments throughout the UK.

These may include scoping reports, screening assessments or detailed air quality impact assessments presented as either a standalone report or as a technical chapter within a wider submission document.

In conjunction with these assessments, we also undertake construction impact assessments, air quality “neutral” assessments and emission mitigation statements/damage cost calculations, where required.
