I visited GBM with my MacBook which had water damage…. Most distracting service I've experienced in years, like something out of the 70's. The service person assigned to look at my MacBook had absolutely no manners, his manner of indicating that he wanted to engage with me was to throw his head back in a condescending manner, Unbelievable…. He then tried to ripe me off saying I needed a new main board…. How I wish I had never come across them…In the end I went to Microtech in Fog Lane, very helpful and I only needed the connector replacing…. There really does need to be some sore of monitoring to be done by Apple as companies like GBM are ruining their reputation………….

Useless scam centre that makes money by charging £48 for diagnostics just to tell you that you need your laptop to be replaced and it will cost you 20 times more. They lured you into a trade-in just to tell you later they don't have models available. Having said so, my repair was done for £30 in the authorised apple service in Ukraine and I did not have to buy a new laptop. This is where quality meets value unlike GBM.

I have been a client of GBM for several years now, they are very knowledgable of Apple products and services. They have been able to provide valuable advice and support for many projects that we have carried out, this includes 1:1 projects for students and managing and integrating the Mac devices in school. I would recommend them and continue to use them.

Shocking service. Had my MacBook for two weeks. Didn't bother contacting me to keep me updated. I had to ring them. They told me they would repair it once I had paid the excess. When it was ready to be returned, they contacted me to arrange delivery. I clarified my address as there had been a mix up with the address, only for them to send it to the wrong address.

An amazing service, but at the right price. Communication could not have been better, Chris responded within minutes and made the sale of the iPads I needed effortless, thanks Chris!
