This is my second time using Gateway2Lease. I must say that their deals/prices are some of the best on the market. However, the lead time on some deals are ridiculous. I had to change my original vehicle request as a result of this. The process and paperwork are very straight-forward, as well as excellent service received, just sometimes a little bit slow. However, they do go back on promises, which happened in my case, especially during the delivery time period. Overall, I'll use them again.

Getting a car from Gateway2Lease has been a slow and disappointing experience so far, 2 and a half weeks+ since signing the proposal and still no delivery date. ? .

Stuck without a car to get to work with because they gave me a delivery date then said 'we missed the boat'. I now have to rent a car for 5 days to get to work. No real solution either, only 'this is the earliest we can deliver'. DO NOT use these guys.

Absolutely disgusting service! Made to wait way over the delivery time quoted and the customer service is shambolic. Never ever ever ever deal with this vile company. Your good reviews must be bought because no one in their right mind would be happy with this sham. It's not so much the delay it is more your complete inability to keep me updated. You can try all you want to pass the buck but you took my order and my money so accept responsibility.

This was the first time I have leased a car and was an excellent experience throughout. There was a long delivery lead time but G2L kept me informed on a weekly basis with updates. Vehicle turned up on date promised and was in perfect condition.

Having previously worked in a dealership, I was skeptical about purchasing online but we haven't regretted giving it a go! We got an extremely competitive price but not at the sacrifice of good service. Everything went extremely smoothly and we can't fault Gateway2Lease or the dealership that supplied our vehicle. In fact, there was a big problem with our order with the manufacturer and I wondered if the dealership would treat us differently as we did not buy direct, but they couldn't have been more helpful. This was my first leasing experience, hopefully not the last. Gateway2Lease made the process very simple and straightforward. The car was delivered a week later than planned, but reading the other reviews, seems I got lucky. Hopefully I'll get the same service at the end of my contract and start of new. With the exception of late delivery, supposedly the dealers fault, everything was excellent. All staff were very professional and the cost could not be touched by anyone. Very pleased.

This was my first lease arrangement and recommended by a friend. Steph was fantastic in helping me find a great deal on Mercedes GLC - none of the competitors could get anywhere near the quote. I was kept informed as the order progressed. The only slight downer was the vehicle was delivered on the back of a car transport from Scotland so was rather dirty when handed over.

First time I have done this and they made it simple and very easy to follow through.

My first lease arrangement was impeccable. However the end of the first lease and beginning of second lease has been very disappointing. Firstly my end of lease came due but my new lease was delayed. Not once was I offered the option to roll on month by month (not even quoted). Then I was told my new car would arrive mid to end of Feb. Turns out it was to be beginning of March. Then the Beast fro the East arrives and despite me suggesting perhaps the snow would cause delivery issues they still told me all was going according to original delivery date of 2nd March. Sadly this turns out to be 6th March. Apparently the delivery company told gateway there would be delays but I was not told this til my delivery didn’t happen on 2nd March. Now gateway are asking for the Vehivle Aaceptance Note (ASAP) when I haven’t had the car delivered yet. I am seriously considering whether to use them again when this lease ends.
