I purchased two pairs of garage doors. The whole process from ordering through delivery was carried out quickly and efficiently. Any queries were answered promptly and their helpful articles from storing to painting and fitting were frequently referred to. I had never ordered gates before and was wary of buying online. I requested a quote from 3 companies. One just literally sent a price. Another sent a price and timescale. The third was Gate Expectations. They provided a professional and comprehensive quotation with full specifications of their product, fitting information and their price. My St Asaph gate arrived on schedule and is really smart in Idigbo wood after I treated it with the recommended Sikkens treatment. It is a perfect fit between my existing gate posts. The staff at Inwood have proved to be extremely helpful with advice when I needed it.

We are very pleased with our new gates. They look fantastic. They are solidly built and we are sure that they will last for years and years. We received lots of help with the design from Jon and also advice with measuring and the protective finishes to complete them at home. We have had lots of comments already about how splendid they look and we would not hesitate to recommend Inwood (Cymru) Ltd. The back to our house was exposed to welcome visitors and unwelcome visitors but now we feel safe and secure with our locked gates. Our gate was delivered, as promised, on the 18 July 2013 (about 9. 0 a. M! ). As forewarned by Inwood, due to quite a bit of damage to the outside packaging, I signed the delivery note with "Damaged" written alongside. Due to the locations of the damage, as a further precaution, my wife took a video of me opening the package. In the event we were very happy to let Inwood know that, due to the superb inner. As you can see from our photos the gates are quite magnificent and they have provided the perfect complement for the oak framed Linhay features of our previously open twin garage. We are very pleased with the four gates and would therefore heartily recommend your website, designs and service to anyone who wants a quality product at the right price. The packaging was quite a work of art but it was reassuring to know that you cared enough about your products to make this extra effort to protect them so well whilst in transit. Jon who runs Inwood (Cymru) Ltd has been very helpful from my first enquiries to the way that his team packed the gates for delivery. The quality of the gates has exceeded my expectations. The gates have been clearly made by craftsmen with precision and attention to detail. The wood I chose was Idigbo which is a yellow African hardwood with approx 60% of the weight of European oak good value cost-wise. Excellent people to deal with.

We were looking for a gate to fit between two buildings, a gap which was not a standard size, and so had to be bespoke. It had to be of high quality wood and craftsmanship, and also secure. I was attracted by the variety of styles of gates made by this company, and the selection of wood, (and the company's clever name)! The pricing of the pedestrian gate I chose was straightforward and competitive. The lead time was a few months, and I received confirmation emails at the point of order, information through the post on how to care for the gate I had ordered, and an email when the gate was ready for delivery. I thought the communication with the company was excellent, and I spoke to several people over the phone who were always helpful and willing to give advice. The quality of the gate is superb, and the wood is beautiful. I finished varnishing this week, and have already received positive comments from passers by on the gate's quality. Well worth the money and the wait.
