Used Chris for the first time today for a boiler service following a recommendation. Very knowledgeable and explained exactly what work was required and he clearly knows his subject. Extremely clean and tidy worker and very pleased to have such a good tradesman looking after our boiler. Thank you Chris.

Chris was very friendly and thorough in our boiler and stove inspections. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why. He arrived on time and cost was reasonable for the work completed. We would certainly use Chris again.

Chris has serviced our ancient boiler since we moved into the property and credit to him for keeping the old girl going for so long. She did break down a few months ago, and after fixing her, Chris recommended we fit a new condensing boiler. We took his advice and Chris has just fitted a shiny new Vaillant boiler with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. We are very pleased with our new boiler, as well as being very efficient she also heats the radiators almost instantly. Chris is well known locally, he is very friendly, conscientious and professional. As well as good service you will find yourself having a good chat to boot. Highly recommend. .

Chris arrived on time and soon inspected my boiler and went through what needed to be done as a service to it. He was very thorough and polite as well as being respectful to me and my home. When it was discovered that the condensing pump needed to be replaced he could see he had time to do it before going to his next customer meaning he didn't need a recall. I recommend him and will be having him to service my boiler next year. .

Chris arrived on time and brought his own tea and milk with him. He worked from 0745 to approx 1600 with just a few short breaks. He removed the old boiler and fitted a new boiler. When he had completed all the tests etc he gave me full instructions on how to operate the boiler. Before he had started work he had laid protective sheeting on the floors and even moved funiture were needed. The new installation works a treat we are very pleased with the job done. Chris is a very polite and caring person.

Chris is the most polite boiler engineer I have ever met and you can see he cares about the high standard of work he carries out. He is articulate and always explains clearly what he is going to do and why something needs replacing if he has to do a repair. He has serviced my mums boiler and heating system for many years and always carries out the job to a high quality for a reasonable price. We also recently had an emergency where mum had no hot water and knowing she is on her own and suffering from Alzheimers and Dementia he managed to squeeze her in at short notice to come and repair the system which gave us peace of mind because we don't live in the area. We know Chris and Brad are good honest guys and we can rely on them 100% to not only do a great job efficiently but also with excellent customer service and care which is a rare thing these days with many tradesmen. I fully recommend them.

After many years of servicing our old boiler, Chris has just fitted a new boiler and hot water cylinder for us. As always the service was professional and efficient. Excellent work. We would not use anyone else.

Chris replaced our boiler, hot tank and,2 radiators updating our 25 year old system in just 3 days. From beginning to end he explained every step of the work in a clear and easy to understand way. He was polite, courteous and respectful at all times. We are very pleased with all he has done and would recommend him without hesitation.

Chris and Bradley fitted a whole new central heating system removing the 22 year old back boiler HW tank and tanks in the loft. Both were professional courteous and did the job perfectly. Chris explained fully what was involved and was very patient helping to set up the Hive controls. It’s brilliant to have running water on demand. Work took 3 long days. They were tidy, efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Adept.

Whilst carrying out the annual survey for the new Vaillant boiler installed by GasAdept last April, Bradley pointed out the poor condition of the 50 gallon cold water loft tank. The tank was almost certainly an original, dating from 1978, and was severely bulged in several places. I followed up with a message and Chris came back with quotes for renewing the tank and also adapting/reinforcing the tank platform which was in a raised location. I informed that I would like to continue and Chris attended to carry out a detailed survey based on a "coffin" tank that would fit through the loft hatch. An exact quote was promptly received and matched closely the original. Chris explained exactly what was intended. I accepted the work and Chris was able to arrange an early date for the job in order to minimise impact on our bookead holidays. Chris attended alone and carried out the work in an expeditious and professional manner. He also supplied materials to reinforce and improve the raised tank platform: HD plywood and increased num, ber of support struts. As I have seen previously with Chris and Brad, small improvements to piping and connections were routinely performed and the whole job completed in very good time and to an obviously high standard. Chris also quickly fixed a small leak that had developed in the main bathroom cistern where debris had lodged in the filling valve. I had 4 new radiators installed by Chris and Bradley today and I am extremely pleased with their work. They were both hard working, efficient, and courteous. They cleaned up behind themselves and I will certainly be using them for any work I need to have done in the future. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a gas hob capped off and removed as well as a boiler service. The engineer was punctual, friendly, efficient, thorough and gave very good advice for reasonable fees. I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Moved to a new house which had a boiler fitted by Gas Adept for the previous owners a few years prior. Decided to continue using them for servicing and any other issues and I have to say that Chris and Brad have been fantastic and I'm very pleased that I did. System to combi conversion December 22, a big job performed with skill and dilagence, Chris has taken over his Dads mantle supported by Bradley, got great service from Dad for Many years and that has just carried on with Chris. He knows his onions and does a professional quality job, The cheapest "No" but hey sometimes you buy cheap you buy twice.

As usual great service from Kevin and Bradley, fitting our new boiler. Having used Gas Adept for many years to service our old boiler, it was an easy decision to book them to fit our new one. They are extremely experienced and knowledgeable and always happy to spend time giving advice and help. They were organised and efficient and left everything clean and tidy.
