Garden Room

I wouldn't bother calling this company if you require a reliable gardener that will turn up at the time agreed. First visit was OK (general weeding, pruning for elderly mum who has demetia) but had to call and ask if they were coming as did not arrive at specified time. The work was OK but rushed (not much care taken). Second visit scheduled 2 weeks later for lawn maintenance, Paul did not show up (we waited an hour and a half). I telephoned numerous times, phone went straight to voicemail and no return call after leaving a message. Would not recommend! .

During the pandemic and since, service has been great, lawn in good condition, couldn't be happier.

Last year grass cutting service was 100%. Helpful staff, reliable service, couldn't have rated them higher. But this year, grass looks like a meadow, unable to contact anyone, no responses to emails or telephone calls. Hope normal service is resumed soon or will regretully have to look for another contractor!

If you want a Reliable Gardener don't bother ringing Paul. He turned up late to do the quote before Easter and then didn't even bother to turn up to do my garden on the day he arranged to do it two weeks later, then after a couple of texts and a voicemail left for him he sent a text to say he would definitely do it this afternoon and he never turned up again and didn't even have the courtesy to answer my texts or phone call.

Excellent Service and very reliable, they are very good on price too ! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Aa great service and would recommend anybody to use Garden Room.

Garden room were asked to tidy and maintain my Dad's garden. We are so pleased with their work. Their rates are very reasonable and they do what they say they are going to do. There are no hidden extras. The gentleman who calls is very friendly and does a fantastic job and the garden is always left neat and tidy with all the rubbish taken away. Nothing is too much trouble for them and communication with the office is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Used this company to cut my grass on a 2-weekly rota system. It was very reliable and I was able to change any date needed. It also invoiced me and I was able to pay at the end of each month - very handy.

My garden walls, fence and paving slabs were covered with green algae. This has all been successfully removed. Paul was polite, professional and I would recommend to others.

I was very happy with the work carried out, bushes and shrubs cut and trimmed, some weeding done on the patio. I found it to be done in a very neat fashion, everything was tidied up, and no bits of twigs were left behind, I was impressed and would recommend to anyone. I shall definitely use them again for any work required in the garden.

I have found Paul to be very professional and concientious in my dealings with him and would reccomend him to people requiring a first class service.
